Yoshida Ayumi Part

Conan is sitting on a bench at the park while the others are doing their own things. 

It's decided. I'm going to ask him.

"Conan-kun! Can I ask you something?" 

"Uh- Yeah, sure..."

"Say... Do you have a crush on someone?"

"Eh? W-What you mean?"

"Do you like someone?"

"Eh- um... Not really."

"So you don't have a crush on anybody?'

"Uh... Yes."

"What about Haibara-san? I was wondering hoe you two are so close... "

"We're just friends. She lives with Professor Agasa, so we see eachother a lot."

"Oh... I see. But do you really not like anyone more than just a friend?"

"Yes."

Then... he doesn't like me...?

"Oh... ok." After that, I left.

"Oh? Ayumi-chan, where are you going?" Mitsuhiko asked.

"I'm just going o buy some snacks..."

 Lie. You want to cry.

"Snacks!! I'm going too!" Genta said.

"No need. I can just buy you the snacks you want. So? What is it?"

"B-But..,"

"I'll go with you." Haibara said. Then she whispered to my ear. "You're upset about something, right? I'm assuming it has to do something with him." 

"Uh- okay..." Then we left.

On the way, I kept thinking.

So Conan-kun doesn't like anyone, huh... What am I going to do now? I misunderstood the whole time...

"So, what happened?"

"I... I asked Conan-kun if he has a crush on someone..."

"And you didn't get the answer you wanted."

"I-It's not like that..."

"But you are hartbroken, correct?"

"Y-Yes.."

"He's an oblivious guy. But I'm sure he didn't mean to hurt you. Don't worry. It'll be alright."

"O..." I couldn't help but cry. "Okay!"

  Haibara comforted me until we got back.
