I saw you there standing with a girl
You hugged her
And the stupid me still wanted to have fake hopes
Thinking it was your some ,close friend
I give myself reassurance
I wanted to ask who she was
But what right I had to
I thought I was going overboard
So I stopped and reassured it was nothing
That day I met my first love
The man I had a crush on
He pecked me on my cheek while greeting me
And I didn't know why my eyes sparked at that
I didn't know why my cheeks turned red at that
I just didn't know
But I knew I had moved on from him
Cause my heart wasn't beating like crazy
Like how it did with our simple touch
My heart was normal
I averted my eyes from him and saw you
Looking at me
I wanted to explain who he was to me
But I questioned
What if you weren't interested
I got scared
I didn't want to hear that answer
So I restrained myself
