Gratitude

"The operation was a success" The doctor announced to us, they were so happy that they shouted in happiness. "Be quite we're in the hospital" I said to them then left to go outside. "This is just getting started, but im already loving it." I whispered to my self as I saw mitsuya telling the news to everyone outside then it was followed by their shout of happiness, I checked the time to see if it should be the right time to go to mikey. 'i should probably go to mikey now' I thought as I walked to where I think he is gonna be.

When I arrive mikey was already sitting on the ground with tears on his eyes. I approached him, although at first step he didn't notice but soon he saw me and he quickly wiped his tears. "What are you doing here aki-chin?" He asked me with a smile although that smile couldn't fool me, I knew everything. I stayed silent and sat with him, my gesture made him confuse. "You can let it all out you know? Keeping this all in will be a burden" I advised to him and looked at him with a gentle smile, His eyes widen at my statement but was soon replaced with a teary one. We sat there together, him crying in my arms as i comfort him.

                                                                                                                                             

The following morning in 7am I was already awake im even surprised at this like how the fuck am I already awake? Nonetheless I brushed my teeth then went in the kitchen to make breakfast.

Music blasting in my ears and my dance-cooking moves kept me busy so i didn't realize takemichi is already awake watching me dumbfounded. Sway over here sway over there then turn around. "Holy shit!" I shouted surprised to see takemichi, then took of my earphones. "E-eh I-" He wasn't able to talk when I hit his head with a spatula. "Ow.." He let out with tears. "Next time let me know you're here!" I said as I went back to cooking. "I called couple of times but you didn't budge" He explained himself. "I dont care!" I spoke annoyed and boy i can tell he was sweat dropping. "Just set the table" I exclaimed to him, putting my earphones back on.

                                                                        

After they finished eating Akira took her brother to an arcade, At first they were having fun but soon takemichi was tired. Well Akira? Nope not a single sweat, she was having fun. "Ni-san its been 2 hours-!!" Takemichi complains to his sister as she just rolled her eyes at him. "Ugh..fine lets go out now" She said as she let out a heavy breath. Soon they found themselves walking in the sidewalk peacefully talking then someone called them from behind. "Yo hanagaki~" They both turned around to see who that was but takemichi didn't know who it was though akira widen her eyes and turned back then pulled takemichi to walk faster. "E-eh ni-san do you know who that was?" Her brother asked her. "Just keep walking" was all she said but then a hand grabbed hers. "Could you let go shuji?" She said seriously as the boy just chuckled. "Now now ki-chan dont be mean~" He pouted, Akira sigh and turned to him. "The fuck you want?" She asked seriously. "Cant i just say hi to an old friend?" The taller man asked with a smile, this lead takemichi confused. "Cut the crap hanma shuji, i know damn well you'll be here for a reason after the fight with toman." She said seriously to which takemichi widen his eyes as he recalled the guy from the fight the one who was able to stopped Mikey's kick. "Hahaaha you know me so well, you beaten me so well last night dont you think you should at least owe me something?" He exclaimed with a lazy smile. "For beating you? No but for helping me find my necklace back? Sure." She spoke. "Thats so mean!" He let out wiping an invisible tears in his eyes. "Takemichi head home first or go somewhere and be safe okay?" She spoke to her brother with a smile as he looked at her with with a frown and worried eyes but then again she nod for confirmation so the latter just obeyed. "Where hanma?" She asked turning to the man again as he smiled.
