Elodie's POV

I stared in the bathroom mirror looking at myself. You can do this. Act normal. Natural. How had I not seen this?  How had I fallen in love with a serial stalker? He seemed so normal.

I heard a knock on the door as I jumped practically out of my bones. It was Arden. His deep voice rang as he opened the door slowly.

"My love?"

Breathe Elodie. Deep breathes. He'll notice anything out of the ordinary.

"Yeah?"

I peaked out of the bathroom and Arden stood in a pair of black dress pants and a white button down silk shirt. The silk hugged every muscle perfectly as it laid against his tan skin. His black dress pants hugged his waist and fitted his bottom in the most sexy way possible. He had styled his hair slightly with some product. How had I fallen helplessly in love with him? Knowing what I know now? I wanted to hate him.

"Wow,"

Ardens face lit up as he looked at the dress he had bought me. It was a crimson red satin floor length dress that hugged every curve on my body. Accompanying the dress was a pair of black Christian Louboutin heels. He had bought me a pair of pearl earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet to go along with it. I had only ever dreamed as a young girl of owning Louboutin heels or actual diamonds. This was obviously something very important for him to go and spend this amount of money.

"You are literally taking the words out of my mouth, holy fuck."

Arden approached me closer as I came out of the bathroom. His eyes scanned me up and down, savoring every inch of my body. He pressed his lips to my forehead as his arms snaked around my waist pulling me towards him.

"I cannot wait to take this off later. You are the most beautiful women I have ever met in all of my life Elodie, I can't even begin to express in words what you do to me."

I felt my cheeks getting read as I looked up at him. Maybe Jane had just lied, maybe this was all a prank. I wanted to believe it was a prank. This didn't feel like something he was capable of. I didn't wanna believe it. I couldn't bring myself to face the fact that it was true. I didn't want to.

"I have something so special planned, follow me,"

Arden took my hand and led me down the stairs and through various corridors. I tried to take in the surroundings around me and remember the path we took but there were so many left and right turns. My heart was beating in my chest.

"Arden where are we going?"

He turned back smiling at me.

"Just follow me,"

He placed his thumb finger onto a scanner and the door unlocked. I carefully followed him down a set of stairs and he shut the door behind me. This was it. Why was I all dressed up? To meet her? He led my hand to a second door, unlocking it by his pinky fingerprint. He made sure every door was latched behind us. My heart would've jumped out of my chest if possible. Every fiber of my body was telling me to run, but I knew it was no use.

"Arden I-"

"There is someone I want you to meet"

I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath. This was it, it was now or never. Arden scanned his eye as the robotic voice went off before opening the final door. He motioned for me to enter so I walked in. I saw a makeshift room with a giant tub, a television, and to my right was her cell. A bed, toilet, and sink. I looked at the wall where I saw large rusted metal circles that were anchored into the wall. That must be where they chain her up. My eyes slowly made their way to the long amber locks of hair that were attached to her head as she sat in the corner of the cell.
