Katsuki woke up head still a little fuzzy but one thing was very clear. Usagi is Deku, he doesn't know how or what happened but she is him. He wants answers Deku didn't have those scares when he she disappeared what happened? He has never felt so mad but also so helpless. What can he even do?

"Fucking Deku" he groaned.

"What could I have possibly done now?" Usagi questioned.

Turning to his right he saw her sitting in her bed. "Why are you even here?"

"Well, you see when two people really like each other."

"In the nurse's office not in general dam nerd." Katsuki interpreted.

"Ah well someone thought launching an explosion strong enough to level the floor at me was a good idea, and now I have an injured arm" Usagi seethed.

"Next time dodge faster." Katsuki huffed.

"Thanks for the advice." Usagi laughed

With that, they settled into silence, neither one sure on what to talk about. It was awkward at first, but after a few minutes, both enjoyed the other's silent company. That was until the door slammed open. Midnight did not pity as she yelled at Usagi for getting injured again, complaining that she spent more time in the nurse's office than her own home. Usagi for her part genuinely looked sorry. Katsuki couldn't help it having seen just how fierce Deku was in a fight, to see her cowering like she used to he just laughed.

"I don't see what's so funny, Bakugo. You do know we called your mom, and she should be here soon." Midnight stated.

"You didn't," Katsuki growled.

"Ya know Kacchan, I'm pretty sure that I'm the one who should growl, not you." Usagi chuckled.

"Fuck of shitty Deku." Katsuki seethed.

For the second that day, the door interrupted them again. Usagi watched as the woman who looked exactly like Kacchan walked in. She remembered him calling her hag but, was smart enough to know that was not her name. After she checked to make sure Kacchan was alright, she turned to say something but froze once she made eye contact.

"Izu?" Hag questioned.

Usagi's head spiked in pain again making her wince at the question, concern flashed on both older women's faces as they asked if she was okay. The pain was getting worse, and worse. She couldn't do anything about it, holding her head wasn't helping. The smell of something sweet caught her off guard, it was safe, it was mom.

Nemuri watched her quirk put her daughter to sleep. Smiling once the pain seemed too easy on her face as she fell deeper and deeper into slumber. With that done it was time for her to get answers. Before she could even question either of them.

"KATSUKI EXPLAIN!" Ms Bakugo yelled.

"I don't know if she's Deku but she's not him at the same time. Ask the extra over there." Katsuki huffed.

"How do you know Usagi?" Nemuri questioned.

"I'm his, her aunt. I have known her since she was born and she was definitely a guy and did not have cat ears and a tail. I have changed her diapers, her name is Izuku Midoriya. Now please explain to me why you have my niece." Mitsuki seethed.

"Usagi came to me stuck as a cat with no memory of her life, a quirk she was forced to have, physically, and mentally abused. She still has nightmares from the things she does remember, I can barely get her to tell me what they are about so I can help her. What kind of hero would I be if I didn't do my best to help her." Nemuri said calmly.

Both Bakugos couldn't keep the look of horror out of their faces. Katsuki knew whatever happened wasn't good, he saw the damage she had taken. The silence was finally broken with Mitsuki asking for Nemuri's number so that they could stay in contact as she still wanted to be a part of Izuku's life. She gave it on the condition she called Usagi by her new name and didn't bring up the past unless Usagi brought it up first. Nem could see she had good intentions but as they say, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, and she would make sure to put her daughter's well-being first.

The next day Usagi was standing outside 1A praying that today would just be a normal day. She wasn't sure how much more she could take. All she wanted was a break and to deal with normal teenage stuff, not anything to do with her past, not trying to figure out her gender, and especially not going to the nurse's office again. "Yes, just a normal day dealing with things surely nothing can go wrong," Usagi mumbled. Everything was going well she said hi to Kirby and was able to sit down quietly at her desk getting ready for class. That was until a certain pink-skinned girl made a B-line to her desk practically vibrating with excitement.

"Hey Usagi, I have a few questions for ya" Mina cheered.

"Sure, sure Mina what's up?" Usagi questioned.

"Well you have cat ears and a tail and can change into a cat, I was wondering do you purr?" Mina said sheepishly.

"I don't know maybe. I never thought to check." Usagi answered.

"I am open to helping you find out, also since you cat form do you have a cat bed?" Mina asked

"Yes, I have a bed, a cat tree, a wheel, and toys. My mom was really looking forward to having a cat and she likes to spoil me even if I didn't ask for any of those." Usagi sighed.

"So you would agree that you have all the basic cat essentials right?" Mina said.

"Yes," Usagi agreed skeptically.

"So does that mean you have a litter box?" Mina grinned.

"WHAT?!?!?!" Usagi screamed turning bright red and looking like a strawberry.

*********Author Notes*********

It's been a while, I'm still alive despite everything. I tried to end the chapter on a bit of a happier note, it also felt like something Mina would be curious about and with ask without shame. I would love some thoughts on if you all are looking for a happy ending or something bitter-sweet. I was leaning toward bitter-sweet but I enjoy characters suffering so I am a little biased. What do you think please let me know. I hope you enjoyed and the next chapter will be out before the end of the year I can promise unless something happens to me lol.
