Chapter Seven

YN slumped down to the ground, his back against one of the pillars. Mineta sat beside him.

"So, what kind of attack do you do if they manage to get in her?" Mineta asked, his voice low.

"Mineta, I would want you to cover the floor with your sticky balls (😏), making them get stuck. If that doesn't work, I want Chronis to blow them off their feet and then I could use a net to capture them," Yaoyorozu whispered. Once that's done we can wrap the capture tape around them and complete the training."

"You know, I love girls who are intelligent," YN said.

Yaoyorozu rolled her eyes and looked away. "Cut it out, Chronis. You're distracting yourself from the task at hand."

"I don't think it's you that's distracted," Mineta murmured.

YN smirked. "She's in the denial phase."

They sat there for a few minutes, just waiting for something to happen. YN was getting impatient and restless.

"Gosh, can't we just go to them?" he asked.

"No, that's too risky," Yaoyorozu replied.

"Well, can you give me something to do?"

Yaoyorozu sighed and created a large number of marbles. "Here, put this around the weapon since you're so bored."

YN became excited and collected the marbles. He meticulously placed each one side by side around the weapon, so that'd it be difficult to walk through. About halfway he ran out."

"Yaoyorozu, I need more," he whined.

Yaoyorozu created more for him. "That'll have to be enough. I can't use my power too much. I need to save enough lipids to create the net and still move around."

"Don't worry, Yaoyobabe—I mean, Yaoyorozu. It should be enough anyway."

YN went back to aligning the marbles. When was about done there was a banging on the door.

"Sounds like they're trying to break in," Yaoyorozu said. "Remember what the plan is."

YN and Mineta gave her a determined nod.

"It must be Shoji, he's really strong," YN said.

Shoji continued banging on the door, creating a deep dent. He eventually broke it down and Team C immediately got to work.

Mineta threw the balls on his head onto the ground, getting Shoji stuck.

"What the—"

Kaminari and Jiro managed to avoid his balls (😏). YN used just enough air pressure to blast Jiro into the wall without causing too much damage.

Yaoyorozu created a net launcher and caught Jiro in the net. Kaminari made a run toward the weapon.

"Wait! Kaminari, watch out!" Jiro warned.

Kaminari looked back, a confused expression on his face. "What are you—"

YN smirked as Kaminari stepped right on top of the marbles. Kaminari began slipping and sliding around. His feet slid from under him and he fell on his back.

YN rushed over before he could recover from the shock. With the help of his two other teammates, they gathered the three together and tied them with the capture tape.

"The villains . . . WIN!" All Might shouted.

"YAY! WE DID IT!" YN exclaimed. He ran up and scooped Yaoyorozu into a hug. "Yaoyorozu, you're so smart and talented! I've never seen a girl as smart as you!"
