Minjun POV:
I'm in a dream... Aren't I?... I thought, as I tried to convince myself. I looked at my room door, which was opened just a little. As I looked into the crack of my door, I saw an upside down face looking at me. It has no body, just a floating head. Its eyes were wide, so wide that they looked like they were going to pop out any second. You could see the blood vessel, as if they were also going to pop. The eye color was red as it glared into my soul. The red glowing into the night like the red moon. I couldn't even move. I was paralyzed...I just stared into...it... The more I looked into its eyes, the deeper I fell into it
Then, I suddenly woke up by my alarm.
'BEEP BEEP' The sound continued as I tried to process what just happened. I sighed and turned off my alarm after staring at the wall for several minutes. I got up from my bed and opened my door. Not even half way, I spotted a little face at the very bottom of my eyes...it was there...the face...This HAVE to be a dream as well... This can't be real... I thought to myself, trying to convince myself again, even though I knew deep down I could never convince myself, knowing this could not be another dream...I stared at the face, its upside down face. I stood still. Still in disbelief as I gathered all the courage to open the door to see if anyone was pranking me. But right when I opened the door wider, the face faded away into the distance. I couldn't help but tremble. My legs felt all weak as they buckled, almost failing to support me. I immediately ran out of my apartment room with all the courage and strength I had left. I called my friend, Dong, trying to explain to him what just happened but all that came out was stuttering as I stammered random words to him."Calm down will you?" He said, clearly confused and weirded out by me. I must have sounded like a freak. Anyways, he ended up coming to my place as I explained to him about what happened. He didn't believe me, but ended up staying with me for a couple of hours, keeping me company for a while. We had some fried chicken and some soda.
"Oh shit, I left my book on the table! My mom is going to throw them away! Be right back dude!" Dong said, taking one last bite of a chicken drum before running off, leaving my apartment room door wide open. What am I supposed to do with all this fried chicken? I can't eat all this.. I ran after him half way and shouted,
"Hey! You can take some fried chicken with y-" I got cut off. That's weird... Hes already gone? I swear, he's not that fast... I decided to shrug it off, he must have really liked that book if he could run so fast that he disappeared in a matter of time...
