The hybrid twins

Prologue

3rd POV
Bella woke up in bed alone on the 14th day of her honeymoon. She walked out into the kitchen and found a note on the fridge from her husband.

I was hoping to be back before you woke up, but in case I'm not. I just went on a hunt, go back to bed, and I'll be there when you wake up again - Edward.

Annoyed, Bella scoffed and wadded up the note before tossing it in the trash. The honeymoon had not been going as she had hoped.

Bella wasn't tired anymore, so she ignored Edward's request and decided to make herself breakfast. Bella started digging through the fridge and the pantry, she pulled out some chicken legs and a jar of peanut butter. She ate the peanut butter while she pan seared the chicken legs.

After about 3 minutes of cooking on high heat, she piled her plate and ate 5 out of 8 legs.

Only to pause on her 5th leg.

Something was off...

Confused, she pulled apart the meat and saw that it was still raw. Bella started gagging and fled to the bathroom.

Unknown's POV
I woke up in my strange, small, and dark but warm home. I was very hungry for food, and thankfully, some came.

I had been hungry for chicken and some came! Along with peanut butter, but I wasn't complaining. At least not about the peanut butter, the chicken however tasted funny.

It started making me feel sick, before I knew what was happening my world tilted and shook wildly before the loud sounds of retching filled the air.

"What happened?!" A voice sounded next to me "Whoa! Who's there?!" I asked fearfully.

Other Unknown's POV
"What happened?!" I asked as I woke up to the sounds of retching coming from outside my home, only to be startled when a voice next to me fearfully asked "Whoa! Who's there?!"

I was shocked as I didn't realize that there was two of us in here "Calm down! I'm just your twin brother!" I try to explain "Twin brother?" The new voice asked "Yes" I confirmed, but before any more could be said voices outside our home causing us to listen intently.

"Bella?" A masculine voice asked "Don't come in here" a weak feminine voice answered "In sickness and in health, remember?" The male voice responded "I think it was the chicken..." Bella responded "Can you pass me my bag?"

A beat of silence.

"What's wrong?" The male asked "How long has it been since the wedding?" Bella asked "Fourteen.... Why?" The male asked making Bella laugh in disbelief "I'm late.... My period is late."

Suddenly, shadows move over our home in the shape of hands, startling us and scaring us. We cower away from the strange phenomenon making Bella gasp.

"S-something moved! Something moved inside of me! But that's not possible!.... Is it?" Bella asked, presumably talking to the male.

"What's going on?" My twin asked fearfully as she snuggled into my side for comfort causing me to nuzzle her back in an attempt to comfort her "I-I think we just got discovered by our.... Parents?" I say in confusion.

We were once again cut off by noise from the outside world. A phone rang and Bella answered it "Alice?" There was some muffled talking after that and the man's voice came back.

"Don't worry, Bella, Carlisle's going to get that thing out of you" the man said making my sister and I cower away from his cold and angry voice "Thing?" Bella echoed in confusion.

"What's going to happen to us?" My sister asked on the verge of tears "I.... I don't know, but don't worry, I'm sure that someone will protect us. We're just babies after all" I tried to reassure her, but I couldn't hide my fear from her as she sensed it.

She started to cry and I silently joined her.... I just couldn't understand it 'Why would anyone hate us so much? What did we do wrong?'
