3rd POV EJ and Renesmee desperately try to breathe, both babies struggle within Bella's stomach as the Cullens and the two wolves carry her to the medical room in the Cullen's house.
"Rosalie! Pass the morphine!" Edward ordered as everyone scrambled around the room. Rosalie passed it to him as Leah and Jacob tried to soothe Bella as she cried from pain.
Alice was on the phone with Carlisle who was rushing home as fast as possible "Carlisle said that the placenta must've detached!" Upon hearing that Rosalie grew horrified and desperate. She snatched up the scalpel as Alice said "He's coming as fast as he can, but..." "Then we'll have to do it ourselves!" Rose approached Bella.
"Rose let the morphine spread!" Edward snapped but Leah shot back "There's no time!" "He's dying!" Rose agreed before reaching forward and cutting Bella open causing her to cry out in agony. Unfortunately, Rose struggled to control her thirst causing Jacob to leap over the table and tackle her to the ground. Both Jake and Alice dragged her out of the room while Edward and Leah scrambled to find the scalpel that Rose dropped.
Jake returned to soothe Bella just as Edward began to realize that looking for the scalpel was pointless. Edward then decided to use his teeth instead. Edward ripped Bella open making her scream in agony, before he reached inside and pulled out a tangled knot of limbs. The trio gasps upon realizing "Twins.... Bella, you had twins!" Edward said in shock before realizing that she wasn't responding "Jacob, take the babies-" Edward starts only to be cut off by Jake snapping "Get those things away from me!"
Wordlessly, Leah snatched up the children and rushed them out of the room. Leah took them into the bathroom and cleaned them up. Where the boy, EJ, opened his eyes and made eye contact with Leah making her gasp in shock and awe as she imprinted on the newborn baby.
The moment was interrupted when Rosalie entered causing Leah to growl in a protective warning. Rose raised her hands in surrender and gently said "I'm in control now, please.... Let me help" Leah's face softened and she nodded "Can you hold them while I draw a bath?" Rose nods and takes the baby's.
~~~mini timeskip~~~ Still 3rd POV 10 minutes later both Leah and Rose were sitting across from each other and feeding the newborn babies.

They had mixed some baby formula and blood together and the twins were contently suckling away.
Everything was peaceful in the living room until there was a gasp and slight clatter making both Leah and Rosalie bolt up in defensive positions. They turned to see Jacob and both of them growled in a protective, maternal manner "What did you do mutt?!" Rosalie snapped.
Jacob said nothing as he stared at Renesmee in awe causing realization to dawn on Leah "You didn't..." Edward comes downstairs and looks around before throwing Jacob into a wall and dislocating his shoulder. Edward advances on Jacob, but gets interrupted by the sounds of wolves howling making him grumble "We'll finish this later" before he walks out.
Jacob stumbles to get up "Stay here" he orders before limping outside after Edward making Rosalie scoff "Oh, our hero."
Meanwhile, the twins wore shocked expressions as they looked at each other and wonder just what kind of family they were born into.
