Waiting

She's the light, she's the color of my life....

We are now in portugal the last country tagt we will visit. We will be home on thursday.

Father skyler had sent me a photo yesterday, it was a photo of them eating and by that picture i can see lianna clearly. She was smilling and she was holding a board and there is something written their 'We miss you father lucas. Xoxo'.

That picture has lighten my day. Her smile was bright.

"Father lucas." Father Carlos said, father lucas was smilling on his phone i got curious so i called him.

"Yes father?" Father lucas answered, I was confused on why father carlos called me.

"Would you mind to share your smile?" Father carlos jokingly said, lucas face was so bright when he smile not like from past days he face was dull.

"Hahaha it was just a picture sent by father skyler  father." Father lucas answered, he was happy to let them know that.

"Is that so can i see?" Father carlos said, the other priest who were with us where also intrigued about the picture.

"Sure, i was happy to see this as i can see that they are having fun." Father lucas explained, its kust one of the reason the real reason is he saw lianna.

"The girls those are your interns in the basilica?" Father james said, as he saw the girls in the photo.

We are now currently in the restaurant eating.
"Ah yes father they are." I casually answered.

"They seem nice." Father Levi said, i can see the girl holding a board.

"They are father, we are so thankful that they were the chosen interns, they dont give us a headache, a fast learner." I said, between those words are appreciation for them and also for lianna.

They all knodded and appreciated my sentence for our interns. After some talks we went back to our hotel. Just 2 more days we will be home now.

I am happy because i was lucky to be part of the pilgrimage to renew our faith. Also for giving me such a nice people to be with. Its noon here in portugal and night time in the philippines.

We have to get back on our hotel to ready pur things.

"Lianna." Father orion called me, i called lianna to tell her that we need to deep clean the convent for father lucas arrival in a few days.

"Yes father orion, you need something." Lianna politely said to father orion. As she is concern.

"Nothing, just that we need to tidy up the convent for father lucas arrival in a few days." Father orion said to lianna, father skyler has asked him to deliver this news.

"Sige po father sabihan ko po sila casey." I said to father orion. I understand what he meant.

"Thank you so much lianna, sige na mauna na ako tsaka nga pala lianna sa thursday ang uwi ni father lucas kaya hindi na kayo maglilinis by that day."Father orion said and bid his goodbye. I was thankful that lianna had understand it right away.
