chapter 26

I woke up to a phone call. I looked at my phone, I reached out and grabbed it. I looked at the number. That's strange, who's number is this? I thought Probably spam or some shit. I looked up at my ceiling. I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't. I have school, I need to sleep, I thought.

I heard my phone vibrating again. Who is it this time? I asked myself. I grabbed my phone again and noticed it was the same number. I sighed and answered the call.

"Hello?" I asked, my voice was raspy

The other person didn't respond for a minute.

"Um hello..." The person's voice was quiet, it sounded like a female voice

"Who's this?" I asked

"M-Mitsuri" the female voice said

"No... you're not Mitsuri" I said. Why is she lying? I questioned myself

"Please help me" The female voice begged "i-I'll send you the address"

"Um...okay?" I said. I sat up and I noticed the sun wasn't up yet. What time is it? I looked at my clock and it said 4:29 AM. I hung up and sighed

I received a message from the same number. I opened the message and found the address it was talking about.

"Should I go?" I scratched my cheek "I'm going to ask Nemi!" I said to myself, I felt my lips curl up a bit. I called Sanemi and waited for him to respond.

"Hello" Sanemi said.

"Ah... You answered quickly!" I exclaimed. "Um can you come over, like right now?" I asked

"Sure, be there in a minute" Sanemi said.

After 5-10 minutes I heard a knock at my  front door. I got off my bed and walked out of my room, I headed towards the front door. I opened it and noticed Sanemi.

"So why did you need me?" Sanemi asked. He was wearing sweatpants and an over-sized shirt.

"So um there's this place I need to go to but I don't want to go alone" I said.

"Okay. You ready though?" Sanemi asked

"Huh?"

"You're not going with pajamas, right?" Sanemi said.

"Oh right um wait right here" I said as I ran to my room to change clothes. Sanemi nodded

Third POV:
Sanemi headed to the kitchen and opened a drawer. He took out a small knife. This seems sharp enough, Sanemi thought. He closed the drawer and put the knife in his waist, he made sure the sweatpants were tight enough so that the knife wouldn't fall off.

"I'm back" Obanai said.

Sanemi quickly looked up "Okay let's go"

Obanai quickly put his shoes on and followed behind Sanemi, he made sure that the door was locked.

Obanai showed Sanemi the address. They both walked to the destination. They didn't want to call an Uber cause they didn't have any cash on them.

After a 20-30 minute walk they arrived at their destination. It was an abandoned place that looked like it was going to collapse any minute. The house sent chills down Obanai's spine. It's a good thing I called him, Obanai thought.

Sanemi led the way and walked inside first, he looked around and noticed it was quite dark.

Sanemi looked back at Obanai "so this is the place?" Obanai nodded.

They both walked around the building and found nothing. What the hell?! Sanemi thought.

He quickly looked at Obanai and covered his eyes "Don't look" Sanemi whispered.

"Why?" Obanai whispered back

"Promise me you'll keep your eyes closed" Sanemi whispered. Obanai nodded and turned around. Sanemi sighed in relief.

Obanai heard Sanemi's footsteps fade away. Where is he going? Obanai thought. He wanted to open his eyes but he kept his eyes closed.

Sanemi looked behind him as he walked towards something, he made sure Obanai didn't turn around. Once Sanemi reached the thing he stopped in front of it and crouched down.

"Hello Mitsuri" Sanemi whispered, his lip curled up into a smirk.
