"Hey! N/N do you wanna hang out after school?"
Said the boy with yellow highlights sitting next to expressionless girl.

"No. Immediately no I wouldn't like to be seen with someone as immature as you"
Says the girl sighing as she wrote away in her notebook, trying to pay attention while also talking to the boy

"Your so mean N/N! But ill let it go since I know you don't mean it"
Says the boy mischievously smirking at the said girl while staring at her, contemplating on how to get her to come and hangout with him as a date but as friends... or maybe more?

"Pleaseeee!!!! N/N I won't ask for anything else!! I'll even do whatever you want! pleaseeeee! It's just the mall!"
Said the boy pleading clearly he really wanted to hangout with her seeing as they've been friends for 2 years and haven't hung out once. they first became friends during the girls breakup leading him to become attached to her.

"No bachira, I have better things to do than go to the mall and waste my time with a childish bumblebee."
She said turning away from her paper to look at the boy.

"Look if you go with me I'll buy you manga!-"

He said but as soon as he spoke the word 'manga' he knew he had already gotten her attention with her responding lightning fast.

"DEAL"

She said rather quickly as she pack up all her belongings as class had ended

"Get ready bachira! Your pockets are gonna be empty by the time we enter the bookstore!"
She said as she walked to the classroom door with a smirk displayed played on her face, as she stuck out her tongue at him in a teasing manner before completely walking out the classroom.

"Oh god no, now I regret saying that"
Said the boy groaning while still sat in his seat as he smiled gently as his hands went towards his face to cover the faint pink tint spread across his ears to his face.

"She might kill me if she continues to act like that.."

"Bachira! Hurry up what if they close before we get there! Or what if they run out of the manga I want!"

Said the girl running ahead of him very eager to go to the bookstore while smiling like a little kid not caring about anything at that moment

"Hold on! Slow down N/N! they're not gonna close yet!  They just now opened the store!! Get back here or you'll get hurt running that fast!!!"

Said the boy running after her with a huge grin plastered on his face, admiring the girl in-front of him looking so carefree, it had been awhile since he had last seen her looking so cheerful and full of life that when he saw her giggling and smiling it made him feel flustered and protective. Hoping that he could be the only one who would see this side of her and for her to feel comfortable around only, him.

"Geez, chasing after you and you, spending my life savings made me tired.. are you really gonna read all of that??!"

Said the boy as he looked lifeless and drained from running around with the girl and shopping with her all day.

"Yup I definitely plan to. I wouldn't have bought these with your money if I wasn't gonna read them"

She said nonchalantly. as she the carried two bags full of manga and figures, she spotted a boba shop nearby, her eyes sparkling as she immediately dragged Bachira towards the said shop.

With Bachira being dragged by her, with her holding his hand he couldn't help but be flustered at the sudden contact. Not saying anything but just letting her do whatever she wanted since he was just happy to see her smile and sides she wouldn't normally show.

"Sinceee! you payed for all my stuff I guesss I'll be gracious enough to buy you a drink."

She said smiling as she let go of his hand upon arriving at the small boba shop. Reluctantly he let go of her hand feeling a little hesitant to let go but doing so, so it wouldn't be awkward.
As they got their drinks they decided to walk around, window shopping and talking the whole time until Y/N had suddenly bumped into someone with her drink spilling over them
With bachira by her side he stood still, realizing who she had just bumped into.

"Ah!- im so sorry! Ill check to see if i have any napkins-"
She said apologizing while reaching into her bag as she pulled a napkin only for her to drop it upon realizing who she had unfortunately dumped into. Eyes widening at the sight of him.

"Chigiri....?"
