(this is my first book to be written and I'm not a writer at all!. I suck and I'm only able to write essays for class so if this sucks or is cringe please tell me so I can look back and maybe update! Also I call my parents by mommy and daddy so that's how I'm going to call them I'm this*something I've did since forever* but if it's uncomfortable for you guys I can change it)
"Oh she's so adorable" "I know, she's gonna be out little angel" "what should we name her?" Y/n. It suits her."
5 years later__________
3rd person pov
Y/n's mom walks to her room, opening the door slowly to not wake her up instantly. She goes over to the bed and sits on the side of it.
Your pov
"Y/n, hunny it's your first day of school" mommy says with her sweet voice "I shift in my bed a bit before rubbing my eyes and getting up." School. "I head to the bathroom to brush my teeth before I go back into my room."
"Hunny your clothes are on the bed and I got those light up sneakers you always wanted." She says before walking out of my room. "Thanks mommy!" I say, super happy as I walk to my outfit which is a blue overalls with a polar bear shirt "wow" I say as I look down at the outfit, I look at the ground and see the sneakers and my gosh they are sparkly and glowy.
"Wow! So cute, so pretty! I'll be the coolest girl in Pre-K!" I say holding my shoes. "Hunny hurry and get dressed!" My mom shouts from downstairs. "Okay!" I hurriedly put on my shirt with the overalls and after and I get my unicorn socks. I run downstairs with my shoes on the wrong feet and sit at the table for breakfast.
"Do I get bacon too!" I say super excited because who doesn't love bacon. "Yes y/n, you do" daddy says with a smile as he takes off his apron and puts the plates onto the table. "Mommy what are you doing?" I say giggling and swaying my feet.
"Stay still y/n, you've got to learn how to put the shoes on the right feet soon" She says getting up and booping my nose.
We finish breakfast and I grab my rainbow backpack and walk out to the car. I get strapped into my seat belt and we drive off.
"Ok sweetie if you ever need anything don't be afraid to tell the teacher" daddy says nervous as we park. "Okay Daddy, I will" I say smiling and stepping out of the car. daddy gets out the car too and before I walk away he wraps me in a hug
"awh my baby girl is growing up." As he say that I notice a tear on his face and suddenly I'm crying too. Not because of his words but the small reality of not being at home with them for the whole day. I had this feeling in my chest and I didn't want to go in.
daddy grabs my hand and he walks me into the school, to my teacher named Mrs ventura. "Ok y/n I know you may be nervous to meet new people but you'll make so many friends and you'll be the coolest kid there" daddy says giving me a kiss on the head
"I love you daddy" I say hugging his waist, when I let go, he also has to go and I turn and take a step into an unfamiliar place.
"Y/n?" I hear my name and I turn "yes?"
"Hi my name's Mrs ventura as you may know! I'll be your Pre-K teacher! I hope you have a good time here. Now if you would like this can be your spot on the carpet and you can sit at that table when doing activities!" She points to a cat on the carpet and then points to the middle table and I just nod as I go to my spot on the carpet.
"Okay class today we'll share 5 things about us! I'll go first. So first I'm married, second I've been working her for 14 years, 3rd I'm a really fun teacher, 4th I love kids,5th I'm excited to be teaching you kids this year! So whose next!"
Mrs ventura says her five things about her and I look around at people and this girl with blonde hair and blue eyes raised her hand up high. She was wearing a princess dress and I wished I had that dress too.
"Ah, lacey what are your 5 things" Lacey's speaks with a confident voice. "My name is Lacey and 5 things about me are 1 I'm rich, 2 my dad buys me so many princess dresses, like the one I'm wearing now! 3 Im really cute! 4 my mom says I'm a really good artist and 5 I sing like a goddess"
as Lacey finishes I just look at her like she's some weird alien and then Mrs ventura calls on me. I stand up. "Uhm..my name is y/n, I like to watch movies with my parents,I really like candy, I'm pretty fun, I like to play hockey with my parents and I'm an only child"
I sit back down after everyone applause. "Hey Lila why don't you come and say 5 things" I look towards the girl and she stands up, shaking a bit. I instantly feel bad for her and whisper to her.
"Hey you got this." Her face immediately Brightens up and she says 5 things.
Ding, Ding, Ding
"Alright kids, I hope you had an amazing first day!" I turn to leave and Lila stops me.
"Hi, thanks for back there. Do you wanna be friends!" I smile "sure". She gives a big teeth smile.
"Y/n!" I turn and see daddy and I run to him. "Daddy!" I jump on him and he picks me up while hugging me.
"Y/n! How was my little girl's first day!" I get off of him and get into the car. "It was pretty cool, I mean I even made a friend!"
daddy smiles at me before buckling my seat belt and getting into the driving seat "Ooh what's there name". "Her name is Lila! She's really nice!" Im practically jumping out of my seat
"looks like we should invite her over sometime" "Yeahhh!!" I shout and we pull up to our house.
"Babe look who made a friend today" I giggle "awh, should we invite them over sometime?" Mommy asks
"YESS! Of course we should! She's so nice, promise!." We all laugh and I head upstairs and play with my toys for a bit before I take a short nap.
"Hunny, wake up. You gotta take a bath before dinner" I open my eyes to see my mom getting out my pj's "ok mommy" I head to the bathroom and turn the pipe on and closing the drain. I get out my favorite bubble bath soap and dump in a bit too much.
"Hunny I told you to wait for me" I look down "sorry mommy" myom let's out a sigh, "it's okay baby, now let's get you in that bath!" My mom puts me into the bath and I play around and get clean.
"Okay time to get out y/n! Arms up!" I put my arms up and mommy wraps me in a towel.
I change into my pj's and head down to dinner where we had mashed potatoes and chicken. After dinner I go to bed and mommy and daddy tuck me in.
"goodnight my sweet little girl" daddy says "goodnight princess" mommy says and I fall asleep when they both give me a kiss on the head.
