laying on the couch for the past two minutes Placing my Art Book onto my stomach, I stare up at the ceiling but it doesn't last much longer as I heard Mike's phone buzzing, I tried to ignore it I really did.
...but it's been buzzing for the past few minutes I sat up on the couch picking his phone up and turning it over the screen shines bright with a message from Angela reading "Meet us at Benny's burger's 9pm" I looked at the message for a good moment wondering as to why Mike would still have contact with her.
I turned to my left seeing Him walk out of the room he stands in front of me "w-what's this?" I asked showing Mike his phone.
"Nothing don't worry about it" he says while taking the phone from me, I looked at him rather confused as he strides to the door and grabbing his jacket.
"Now where are you going?" I asked him as he puts his jacket on "I said don't worry about...just stay here..please" he says and walked out the door as I scoffed.

An hour and half goes by and Mike still isn't back yet...and I've sat on the couch long enough, standing to my feet I walk into the room grabbing a pair of sweatpants and tossing them on along with some converse.
Walking my way to the Dinner Angela Insisted on I noticed a very familiar car sitting in the driveway I approached it, "Hey" I said getting closer to the car and Lucas looks at me.
"Will? What are you doing here?" He asked while switching the radio off Bringing my arms to my chest as the cold December wind wants to pick up and my sweatshirt doing anything but keeping me warm.
Looking into Lucas car I uttered "I'm looking for Mike...h-have you seen him?" I said softly as Lucas looked at the dinner pointing to it.
"Yeah?...he's in there" he says briefly as I thank him and make my way over.

Walking into the dinner it felt like I had just walked into the movie Dead silence...with how silent it gotten once they noticed my appearance.
Looking at the second table over I see the whole group sitting there, Max and... even Dustin, walking over to the table I stand as they all look at me.
Looking at Angela as she looked back at me I take the closet seat next to Max sitting down.
"Hey will...ordered some fries want some?" She says pushing the box of fries closer to me, "no thanks" I said as I politely declined, it falls silent again.
"How you've been Will...haven't heard from you since you moved out?" Max added, I looked directly at Angela.
"Oh..yeah I've just been living off campus...with Mike" I said as Angeles stare turned into a glare as I heard Dustin gasp.
"Wow...with Mike...I take it you two are very close now huh?" Dustin says as I turn in his direction.
"Mhm...something like that" I said as Angeles stare gets more intense, as I hear two footsteps approach behind us, as Mike and Lucas come to stand by the table.
I stay silent and avoiding his gaze, "Hi Mike" Angela says in a sarcastic tone but He ignores her and he looks at me.
"Will?" Mike says my name calmly as I looked up seeing Angela smirking to herself.
"So Mike! Why don't you fill us in on all the details...I hear you and him are some new hot item!" She says a little too chipper.
"Oh I almost forgot...is there anything you would like to tell Will?...Hm?" she says as I can feel Mikes whole mood shift.
"Yeah Mike...like wanna tell me what's going on between you and her?" I said to him making Mike scoff.
"Nothing is going on between me and her" Mike says, "I don't believe that" I said looking directly at him.
"What have you said!?" He says as I just shake my head as she speaks.
"Don't you think this THING...has gone a little too far?" She asked making Mike fall silent, "What thing? Mike?" I asked as he looked at us both.
"Oh? So I guess he hasn't told you...now that's just harsh" she says with a pout, "Angela...shut up" Mike says as he gets close to me.
"Will?...Listen to me please...if we get out of here now...I'll explain everything" he stammers.
"Remember Truth or Dare?" She asked me, "what?" Is all I can say.
"Angela don't" He says but she is already taking her phone out and pulling up a video, and on the video is Mike....saying the words "you don't think I can actually do it?"
"Do what?" A voice in the background says as he replies "Make him fall in love with"
"See it was All just one big...Act" Angela says as she switches her phone off.
And that's when it hits me all at once... the dates, his parents ceremony, to him taking my virginity that same night, my heart sinks as I just stand there in not even shock...but utter disbelief.
"Will? Plea-" Mike says as I backed away from him, looking at Max and Dustin, who just stare back at me with eyes of sorrow.
"D-did you know about this?" I asked hating how cracked my voice was...I wasn't trying to cry...not in front of them.
Max and Dustin stared at each other then at the table with their heads down, I took in a deep breath and turned away walking away, Just wanting to get away from here...away from everyone.
Walking outside in the Rain I stand underneath the roof of the dinner when I see Mike following after me...I try and walk away but he catches my arm pulling me back.
