Terukou | Dickhead

Teru awaited in the car, just a few houses down. He was tired, and frustrated with his own work, but honestly just wanted Kou to come home.

Kou had left the sleepover when things got too hectic. He had had enough of all the jokes and snarky comments and everyone being dickheads to their girlfriends and honestly wanted to get out of there more than anything. So without a second to lose, he walked out and kicked gravel down the street.

Aggressively pulling the side door open, Kou shoves his bags at his feet and sat down with a grumble. He looked tremendously agitated, yet so was Teru.

"Is everything alright? What's the issue?"

Kou just muttered some sort of response, he was practically begging for Teru to drive away. He wanted nothing to be with those people.

Not after what they mentioned about his... friend.

"Dickheads," was all he got. Kou usually have his brother the minimum amount of information so Teru wouldn't have to ask any more questions and Kou would have to actually use his brain to remember pointless things. But right now he was too emotional.

"Ah." Teru's mouth circulated into a perfect O shape, and Kou shrugged in return.

Afraid Kou might simultaneously combust into tears if he had to say another word, Teru drove off in silence. At least his car smelled nice, that sort of soothed Kou. Felt familiar and friendly...

The ride home was honestly full of emotions. A heavy stench of alcohol and smoke lingered on clothes clothing, which really bugged Teru and those kinds of things aren't the stuff you can just turn a blind eye over.

"Kou... were you perhaps...?" Teru left the rest for Kou to finish for him.

"There was a bonfire! And of course not!! People have just been drooling on me all night and I just want to die so shut up!"

But he didn't budge it any further when they turned into their street and Kou slowly dragged his bag behind him.

"Long night, huh?" Teru whined along side him.

"Too long. Let me sleep. No more questions. Shut your mouth."
