Y/n POV.

The next day, Sunday. Zip texted me that she was coming over for the assignment. I didn't mind it, though I wonder what she would think about my house. My house is a mansion after all. An empty and filled with despair one..

After freshing up and getting into some comfortable indoor clothing, I heard a knock from the front door. I went over and opened it slightly. Like I expected, Zip was there.

"Can I come in?" Zip asked. "Of course you can." I scoffed. Zip just chuckled and went in. I close the door right as she went in. I noticed how fascinated she is with the interior of the mansion. "Dang it's big, I know your wealthy but I didn't know you can own a house this massive!" Zip said, sounding so energetic. I didn't mind. It's been a while since I had some friends over, beside Petunia and Lizzy.

"Yeah.. It is." I said. "I probably will get lost in here." She said, so fascinated by everything. "Of course you would." I muttered. Zip turned her head around to face me. "Are you always like this with guest? Or am I special?" Zip said, in a mocking tone. "You know I barely get any company." I scoffed, as I crossed my arms. "Okay, okay. Now, where's your bedroom?" Zip asked, she seemed excited to see the place. I sighed and took her hand and led her to my master bedroom.

She was surprised on how big my bedroom is. It wasn't that big to me. "Really? Is this your bedroom? You get this all by yourself?" Zip asked. "What can I say? I'm a rich girl, aren't I? " I said, I was a little flattered. Suddenly, Zip just collapsed onto my king-sized bed, I was caught off guard." Your bed is comfortable." Zip said. "Does your parents won't mind me sleeping over?" Zip asked. I was a little surprised she wanted to stay with me. "In the same room? With me?" I asked, Zip nodded immediately. "Well. My dad doesn't mind I guess. He said it's up to me if I had a friend over." I said. "What about your mom?" Zip asked. I froze. I didn't like people mentioning my mother. She's not in good shape. ".. She's.. On vacation for a long time." I said, trying to act all cool and calm. Hopefully she takes it. "Well.. Alright." She said. I then went to get the stuff for the assignment. I put them on the carpet, as Zip watches me on the edge of the bed. Laying on her stomach and watching me closely.

"Aren't you gonna help?" I asked. Zip giggled and got off. "Okay, okay." She said, as she sat right beside me. "Let's get this over with." She said.

After an hour, we were done. That wasn't too bad. "Phew, finally were done... Do you have any food?" Zip asked, looking at me curiously. "Of course we do. I have a stash right here." I said, as I got up and went over to a cooler.

Zip POV.

I watched, as Y/n took out a medium size container, inside was some chocolate taiyaki. "Want some?" She asked. It looked so delicious, even my stomach growled. "Of course, princess." I said, teasingly and mockingly as I took some of it and I stuffed it into my mouth. "I-Idiot! Don't do that, you might choke on it!" She said, she sounded worried and also annoyed. I was a little surprise that she was worried about me, she hated me doesn't she?

Eventually, the sky started to darken and the moon rises.

Y/n POV.

After me and Zip took a shower (not together) and put on our pajamas. We immediately went to Bed. I was reading a book, beside my night stand with a dimly lit lamp, Zip right beside me. "Thanks for letting me stay for the night.." She said, as she covered her body with the blanket we were sharing, it was cold after all. "Of course.." I muttered, quietly. "What was that?" She asked. "I- I mean, it's not like I want you here." I stuttered. Zip smiled. "Goodnight, Y/n.." Zip said, as she slowly falls asleep. I looked down at her. She looked so peaceful, yet cute. I don't know why. It was so new to me.. I give her a small kiss on the forehead. Hopefully she didn't feel it. I close my book and turned off the lights. "Goodnight, Zip.." I whispered, as I layed my head against the pillow and drifted off to sleep.
