Naina's POV:

It's been two days since we had admitted that child to the hospital.

The slum area photoshoot will finally happen today. The shoot was postponed because Mr. Aakash had been unwell right after the day we returned from the hospital.

My boss has been very upset with me cause Mr. Aakash's stupid manager blamed me for his sickness. Apparently, Mr. Aakash's immunity is very low and he shouldn't have been to the hospital, but how was I supposed to know any of that!

Anyway, in order to compensate for my apparent "stupidity", I have been asked to replace our intern Parwaan, and take care of Mr. Aakash's needs for the entire day.

After the hospital incident, I don't know why but I feel very comfortable with Mr. Aakash. As an introvert who is also an over thinker, being comfortable around someone who is so rich and famous is very new to me.

But Aakash seems a good guy. He doesn't seem to be that arrogant, distant man, who doesn't value time or who doesn't apologize. Rather, I feel like I have seen a new side of him. A side that cares for others, a side that helps everyone.

He's someone who didn't leave me alone when he realized that I was afraid of needles, so I am sure he will not be a tough person to handle for the entire day.

As soon as Mr. Aakash's car arrived I rushed towards him. His manager, Rahul, stepped down first, glaring at me. I don't understand why this man seems to dislike me, I am not the selfish asshole among the two of us!

"Aakash is still not completely well, so he will stay mostly inside the car. Since he can't roam around the set in this condition, I will have to check everything extra carefully ", Rahul explained.

At this point I have stopped understanding when is he complaining about how difficult I have made his life by making his boss sick, or when is he just trying to inform me about his whereabouts.

"His soup is inside the flask, make sure he keeps having a little bit of it every hour. He won't be able to have it entirely at one go, and I don't want him to become weak. " He added.

I nodded at his words. It definitely pains me that Mr. Aakash is still so unwell that he can't eat, I kinda wish he didn't accompany me to the hospital that day. If I had known his immunity is so weak, I wouldn't let him come.

"Finally, DO NOT LEAVE HIM ALONE. He can need anything at any moment. He has a personal assistant but he's on a leave due to family emergency so he doesn't have anyone attending to him if I leave" He said.

"Yes, sir. I will make sure he is comfortable all the time", I assured him.

" Huh, try being comfortable with fever and body ache", he scoffed at my words and left.

Damn! Aakash still has fever! He could have rested today. But we do need to have this shoot soon, we are already three days behind schedule! We have so many things lined up, if this isn't done, we cannot proceed.

As soon as the manager left I opened the back door and bent down to check on him. He looked up and gestured me to come inside and sit beside him.

I smiled a little. His gestures look like a baby asking you to accompany him as he's feeling lonely... demanding yet so cute. I smiled a little and sat inside.

"Hey, I am so sorry, I didn't know you will fall sick if you visit the hospital. If I would have known I wouldn't let you accompany me", I said.

He smiled a little and replied-"It isn't your fault. Rahul had warned me before we left. Not that I am unaware of my low immunity. It's just that the child looked so unwell I didn't care about myself at that moment. "
