Evie appeared behind Athena, placing her test in front of her with a proud smile. "For the first time, it's like I'm more than just a pretty face," she remarked happily, taking a seat beside Athena. "I think I could've told you that," Athena replied with a chuckle, sharing in Evie's joy. They exchanged giggles. "Thank you for all your help, Athena," Evie said gratefully.

"No problem at all. Just come to me anytime you need help. Mr. Deley is a piece of work, and, well, I'm also a bit of a chemistry nerd," Athena admitted, a hint of embarrassment coloring her cheeks. Evie smiled warmly, appreciating Athena's honesty and expertise. Before Athena could respond, Perseus approached them with his usual charm and confidence. Athena's expression fell slightly, an unmistakable groan escaping her lips at the sight of him.

"Whose this pretty lady? Hey, I'm Perseus, the better and good-looking sibling," Perseus greeted, turning on his charm as he tried to flirt with Evie. Evie simply chuckled at his attempt, brushing it off with a polite smile. Athena couldn't help but groan inwardly at Perseus's predictable approach. "Back off, will you?" she interjected firmly, unable to hide her annoyance. "She wants nothing to do with you."

Perseus raised an eyebrow, undeterred by Athena's blunt response. "Come on, Athena, don't be so protective. I'm just being friendly," he countered, flashing another confident smile in Evie's direction. Athena and Perseus stood facing each other, their exchange escalating with tension.

"She doesn't want you!" Athena insisted, her voice edged with frustration as she stood protectively beside Evie. Perseus raised an eyebrow, his usual charm replaced by a hint of annoyance. "You don't speak for her, Athena," he retorted, his tone defensive. "Maybe Evie can speak for herself?"

Evie shifted uncomfortably between them, sensing the tension rising. "Guys, it's really okay," she interjected softly, trying to diffuse the conflict. "I appreciate the compliment, Perseus, but Athena's right. I'm not interested. Plus, I'm with your cousin Hestia."

Perseus blinked in surprise at Evie's mention of Hestia, momentarily thrown off his game. He glanced at Athena, a flicker of realization crossing his face before he composed himself. "Oh," he responded, trying to mask his disappointment with a casual shrug. "Right, of course."

Athena couldn't help but smirk inwardly, seeing Perseus caught off guard by Evie's revelation. "See? She's taken," Athena added pointedly, her tone laced with amusement
