Chapter 15

Pansy found herself walking back to class her thoughts rising with questions about what had just happened , she was unsure of how to feel was she mad at him for lying to her all this time , was she upset about it or was she simply just mad about what Steven had done to Dean infront of so many students , she was definitely confused about all of it , a pang is disbelief dwelling inside of her the longer she thought about it

She noticed that Dean didn't even make eye contact with her after going to the principal's office , Steven was taken to the schools nursing room where they cleaned him up and attempted to fix his broken nose

As school ended Pansy walked down the halls towards the exit as Steven stepped infront of her blocking her path, his nose is a bandage as he looked down at her

" Get out of my way Steven "

" no...look what that leather jacket freak of yours did to me!...he broke my nose in two places and you know what revenge is in session so i thought where better to start then with his little slut" his tone threatening and his gaze cold with anger

Pansy balled her fists as he spoke of her like that but her anger from what he did grew stronger then his attempt to insult her, she pulled her arm back and hit him directly on his already busted nose

" three places!....now you listen to me , you had no right to expose Dean the way you did and for what because your jealous ... News flash Steve your pathetic "

" you crazy bitch!" he yelled holding his now bleeding nose as he stumbled back

The next couple of days were radio silent , Pansy hadn't heard or even seen Dean after the fight, she had tried calling him a few times but she didn't get an answer , she had to see him but she had no idea where he lived...until she remembered that during the fight Steven had mention that Dean was staying in a motel, she knew it was a long shot but what choice did she have..she called every motel she could find in the phone book asking if he was possibly staying there, they weren't technically allowed to tell her but lucky for her she was able to pay to get an answer till she finally after what seemed like hours came through to the right motel....with her being satisfied that she found his motel she took a breath and headed out...she was driving to the motel by her chaperone as she nervously stood before the door to Dean's room, after a few breathes she knocked

The door swung open and to her surprise it was Dean's younger brother Sam who had answered the door

" can i help you "

" hey...you must be Sam..im Pansy..im looking for Dean.....is he here "

Dean had just gotten out of the shower as he could hear Sam talking to someone as he heard a familiar voice respond to Sam, he walked out of the bathroom and couldn't help but wonder how she knew where he had been staying

" dude there's a girl here to see you " Sam called out

Dean sighed as she saw Pansy and stepped outside closing the door behind him as he looked down at her not knowing what to say

" how'd you know i was here " he asked curiously breaking the silence between them , the bruise on his cheek bone now visible and slightly swollen , he didn't seem to have any other injuries besides that lucky for him

" i may or may not have called every motel and paid the lady at the front desk" she admitted as she looked up at him

" look my dad wil be back any minute now and i don't want him to flip and yell at me or something , his a hardass so yeah...it's best if you just go, il see you at school" he said not wanting to talk about what he knew she was there for, a slight pang of guilt building up inside of him as he looked at her..he felt horrible for dismissing her but he knew he had to, he knew that there was no way he would be able to keep her around without getting her into trouble or possibly hurt which he didn't want

She looked up at him as he asked her to leave a moment of hesitation in her eyes with a pang of something she couldn't explain , she felt her heart beating a bit faster in her chest as she bit back years and simply nodded in silence before she backed up and walked away to the car

The next morning Pansy woke up her eyes puffy as she didn't feel like her usual happy self, she forcefully threw herself out of bed to get ready for school , she stood infront of her closet as she rumbled threw her clothes not wanting to wear a dress or any of her usual soft girl outfits , instead she put on some jeans that were ripped here and there with a grey spaghetti top , black leather high heel ankle boots and a leather jacket to suit ... She let her hair hang loose over her shoulder as she didn't feel like styling it...

Some while later she walked into school as the heads turned followed by slight whispers, she stood before her locker as Scarlett and Ashley approached her

" wow...since when do you dress that like Pans" Ashley asked with a slight scoff in her disapproving laugh

" since i stopped caring about that exact reaction "

" well anyways its almost time for summer break , do you have any plans"

" what's it to you , even if i do its definitely not with the two of you"

" geez what's up your ass , your starting to act just like him you know that " Scarlett said folding her arms over her chest

" yea well i don't exactly see how that's a bad thing or how it's any of your business ... so how about you keep him out of your mouth Scarlett i won't be asking you again" Pansy said before pushing past them to go to class

Dean had decided to go to school , he wanted to talk things out with Pansy he felt bad about telling her to leave but he couldn't risk his father seeing him with her thinking he was distracted , his father would not have it under any circumstances it didn't matter what Dean would say but he knew it wouldn't end well

walking down the hall he saw Pansy over at her locker arguing with Scarlett and Ashley , he also noticed how different she looked and he had to admit he liked it, he found himself smiling as she sighed and walked over to her as she pushed past the girls

" hey Pans...look can we talk about this please "

He ignored the stares and he could hear students making comments , he wasn't paying it any attention or even caring about what they were saying , he just cared about Pansy and how he really just wanted to talk to her

" look i didn't mean to be a dick yesterday i just couldn't risk my dad yelling at me or..you...his a hardass but his my dad so there's not much i can do..and look i know i haven't been completely honest with you and there's a reason for that , im not like anyone here Infact i don't even fit in which is whatever that's not my goal anyway but....I've never really been in one place for so long and it's hard to explain and i can't tell you everything about what my father does but i just need you to trust me on this..i know it seems sketchy but it's for your safety and i can't risk anything happening to you so please just trust me" he said looking down at her as she listened to his explanation , he didn't have it in him to tell her what his father actually did for a living , it would make him look even more crazier then what people already saw him for

Pansy looked up at him her arms crossed over her chest as she listened to his explanation , he hadn't expected to see him at school today nevertheless him giving her an explanation

" my safety ..... right like i don't hear that enough from my parents ....look i get it your dad is close enough to being an asshole but i didn't come to you to question you about anything , i came cause i wanted to see you , to see if you were alright .....and i get you don't fit in here hell that's part of the reason why i like you...i - i just would have liked to know who i was falling for" she said her voice just below a whisper on her last sentence
