Chapter 4 The Found and Love

*The Remaining People*
When they found a place on where Arik wanted to be buried upon a hill to take in the sun rise and sun set they held a funeral for her and they held a moment of silence Joseph not a big fan of funerals walked away from it but he still respected them they helped him and he protected them from any threat, Mullac then left afterwards to see if Joseph is okay, Nave was left with Abigail and started to cry something he hadn't done since his sisters were killed in a mugging gone wrong and Abigail hugged him and reinsure that "she is going to be okay and she might be watching over them even in the afterlife." and Nave hearing those word agreed to it and wiped away the tears and apologise for crying and said that "it must be embarrassing to see a teenage boy cry." and after saying that left to make sure the other two were okay and left Abigail alone at Arik's grave and she promises to keep the other three safe even if it means dying for them.

*Nave's POV*
When Nave was looking for Mullac and Joseph he heard moaning from the car and saw it shake alot when he went to investigate he knocked on the door and asked "Mullac what are you doing in there?" Mullac replied with "um...slow down babe please~...Drugs." Nave laughed cause he remembered the meme that went like this but Nave knew what they were doing and told them to "finish up in there Abigail will return at any moment and don't want to see you going at it...are you guys using protection? we don't want you to end up like freddie mercury the absolute legend that gave us banging music." Joseph replied with "Okay and yeah using protection..." then agreed with him when he said that Freddie Mercury makes banging music. Nave was glad that they were being safe, told them "okay." and left them to finish up on what they were doing.

*Group's POV*
When Nave and Abigail returned after 20 minutes Mullac and Joseph was sweating a lot and Nave asked them "did you guys enjoy your "work out" cause it seems like it.'' Mullac replied with "Fuck you at least I get "stronger" but yeah it was good.'' Abigail was confused about what was going on then Joseph replied with "inside joke Abigail you'll understand when you spend more than 3 weeks with us." They then got in the car and drove to a library to look around and to go as Mullac puts it book shopping they gathered books on basic things survival guide-books, hunting books, some Mechanic books for Joseph since he wanted to fix old run down cars after they gathered books they heard screams and shouting coming from a room. Nave looking at Joseph signalled him to see what is going on next thing you know a shot was fired the others checked on what was going on and saw a 50 year old dude with a bullet in the head on the floor and a girl around their age 15-16 years old crying Nave went up to the girl and told Joseph to check if there's anybody else here and told him to "take Mullac with you...He would be scaring the girl with his looks." laughing among themselves flipping Nave off when they were leaving.

*Nave, Abigail and the Girls POV*
When the girl saw Nave she was scared at first but calmed down when she seen him looking away since the girl had nothing on her lower body area so Nave grabbed a pair of trousers from a box sure there it was covered in the man's blood but he gave the girl trousers and still looked away until she grabbed them he left the room with Abigail as to give them space after around five minutes he knocked on the door as to see if it's good to enter the room the girl then walked out the door fully clothed but still jumpy after the incident but they understood as if they were her in that situation they would be to but they asked if they anywhere to go, family, friends or anybody that could take care of them the girl replied with "n.no j.j.just me." Abigail asked her for her name and she replied with "Charlie...Charlie Adler." and so the group came together and decided to take her in as one of them and of course they would protect her no matter what.

*Groups POV*
Minutes later they were driving on the road when all of a sudden the car came to a stop it was due for it running out of petrol but the thing is Charlie knew where they are apparently they are near her family's farm that use to be DrumPark Farm back in the day so they followed Charlie who seemed to remember where Adler's farm was after along time but when they got their it was completely abandoned like pens empty, windows boarded up, crops withered and the horses still their but they were dehydrated so they went to the nearest water pump and gathered as much water to hydrate the horses they manage to save the five remaining horses the rest seemed to be gone but they left these five they took refuge in the abandoned barn after feeding the horses hay and apples that grew on the otherside of the pens and so they slept on hay and covered themselves in hay to keep warm Mullac and Joseph slept together of course Abigail slept by herself since she didn't want to sleep with anyone.

*Nave and Charlie's POV*
Nave was outside and had climbed onto the patio roof taking in the night sky then when he saw Charlie climbing onto the roof with him he offered her a cigarette but she rejected it as she doesn't smoke they both lay down on the roof just staring at the night sky. Nave wanting to know more about Charlie asked her what she tends to do in her free time she replied with "I usually take care of the horses, help cook dinner for the family and listen to music...what about yourself Mr Marston." he replied with "I usually smoke, watch tv, hangout with my friends and take care of my father Mrs Adler." replied Nave as they went back and forth talking about their life experience whilst staring at the stars that covered the great night sky. When they finished talking Nave tried to get off the roof but before doing so Charlie kissed him on the lips and said "thanks~ for everything." Nave, struck by this, lost his grip and fell off the roof but got up in embarrassment and replied with "okay...see you in the morning goodbye." quickly heading to the barn talking to himself before opening the door, closing it behind him and found a place that wasn't taking whilst checking how the others are doing then finally laying down within the hay and slept without having Charlie coming in and resting with him.
