Marley and JJ woke up to the sound of the door to her room opening.
"So do you wanna tell me why you had a gun?" Lauren asked looking at the two teens who were cuddled up together.
"Gun? What's that?" Mar asked cuddling back into JJ's chest.
"I'm sorry, Miss Murphy. I shouldn't have did that I put your daughters into danger. But ma'am you have to believe me Topper was gonna hurt John b." JJ said not laying back down next to Marley.
"It's ok kid. I just wanted the truth. I want you to be safe to. I also told that nice lady cop that I hadn't seen you in a couple days." Lauren said before leaving mar's room.
"How are you feelin?" JJ asked Mar who was laying close to him.
"Bad bad bad." He chuckled at her not taking his eyes off of her.
"Come on. Let's go see how John b is doing." JJ said pulling the sheet off of both of them

"Look, i'm calling it off. All right? Peterkin said, if I stay out of the marsh, she'll help me with DCS." John b said breaking the silence of the group.
"And you believed her?" JJ asked throwing a rock.
"Yes, I believed her, JJ."
"An actual cop, John b. You believed a cop." JJ said upset about this.
"All I gotta do it stay out of the marsh for a couple days, and she'll help me out. It doesn't help that your ass was the one shooting a gun." John b said.
"He saved you ass, dude." Rory laughed a little that this is what he held over JJ's head.
"You know what I should have done? Just let Topper drown your ass." JJ said throwing another rock.
"You don't mean that." Marley said looking at JJ.
"Topper was gonna drown me?"
"Sure looked like it."
"Funny."
"Have you looked in a mirror?" JJ said walking closer to John b.
"Tell me some more. Come on." John b egged him on. The twins made eye contact and rolled their eyes.
"They always win, don't they, man? Kooks versus Pouges. They always, always win!" JJ said hitting something above him, Marley jumped at the noise but tried to play it off, her face already heating up.
"Look, it's okay!" Kie yelled at him.
"No, it's not okay! It is not! They don't want us to go down into the marsh. That means there's something valuable down there, and you know it. I know you do. And I under why you don't wanna go. You're the golden boy. You got way to much to risk. And you I mean, you're already rich as fuck anyway. And you two man you got one of the most richest men on the island as you dad. Your dating the Kook king and your a hot lesbian chick. But you and me, man, we got nothin to lose! We really don't. And i know it didn't use to be that way for you." JJ said as Marley's eyes started to burn.
