𝐈 close my eyes and hope for the best when i open them again. I heard the beep of the watch.

𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓.

I snap my eyes open and gasp heavily.

The first thing i felt was a sharp pain when i sat up. I quickly put a hand in my abdomen. I look around the room, with wide eyes, I slightly calm down as i realize i was at the hospital. I notice that there two people right next to me.

Not a moment later doctors came rushing. I look at them, confused. The people next to me say up.

"(Your name)!" A familiar voice from beside me said, i look over and my eyes widen.

"R-Rosa..?" I mumble out, tears pricking in my eyes. Rosa wraps her arms around her, i slightly wince. I felt another pair of arms wrap around me.

I turn to see who else was in the room. "Señor Miguel?!" I exclaim as i cry and wrap my arms around the both of them.

"¡Vinieron!" I say happily.

Translation; "Y'all came!"

I saw the doctors surround me. "Excuse me, we need you two to leave the room as we have to preform a check up and make sure she's okay." One of the doctors told them.

Rosa and Miguel look at each other and nod. They look at me and give me warm smiles.

"Vamos a regresar enseguida. ¿Va?" Miguel tells me. I nod.

Translation; "We're going to come right back. Yeah?"

𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐏.

𝐈 was eating in my hospital bed, waiting for one of the nurses or doctors to come inside and tell me some news. Rosa and Miguel weren't allowed into the room yet.

The food they served me was chicken alfredo and to be honest, the chicken alfredo they served here was really good. 10/10.

A few moments later i heard a knock on the door. The nurse that was with me during my dislocated shoulder incident came in.

"Hello, again, Miss Gomez. It seems you've came back a lot sooner then we would've expected, yeah?" She asks me.

I chuckle awkwardly before slightly wincing and holding my abdomen.

She smiled and looked at me sympathetically. "Well, you still need to stay here because you body is oddly weak." She tells me. I nod in understanding.
