Guilt is the word I would use to what I am feeling right now. A life gone in front of my eyes? I can't imagine it any worse. I was there. I was standing right in front of her. Yet, I couldn't give her a hand.
A loud noise hit my ears like a train. "Seriously! What is that dude's problem!?" I blinked, seeing Minho yell in frustration. "Do people not know how to drive these days?!" He looked back at the driver who passed us.
"W-what happened?" I got up from my seat and looked back. After I asked, my awareness suddenly turned into pain. My stomach, my head, just my whole body in general started to ache.
"Still not feeling well?" Minho caught me irritated.
I gradually turned my head to him, "Feeling well? W-what do you mean?"
"Always been a lunatic when you're hungover." He sighs. "If you don't remember anything, well my Mom demanded us to stay for the night because it was too late of a drive back to Seoul. When you arrived at our house, you wanted a small drink. However, it became more than one drink. When you finished all the bottles, you went berserk leading you to pass on my floor. My Mom panicked, but I said being drunk is an ordinary thing in your life."
I got up rapidly from my seat, "S-so you're telling me I was just drunk this whole time?!"
Minho nodded while driving.
"What about the girl who jumped off the edge of the building?!" I asked alarmed.
"Girl? Building? Jumped?" He was baffled by what I asked. "Jaehyun... I think you were simply dreaming. When you passed out, I carried you to my bed and carried you inside this car in the morning. You didn't even get the chance to taste my Mom's breakfast!"
I was dazing out the window in relief. Being drunk in front of his Mom was not a good first impression, although I felt some sort of satisfaction finding out it was a dream.
Staring at the landscapes as they pass by one by one. "Is your date in a few hours?"
"It is, but if you don't show up then I will make the dream you dreamed happen to you." He stated knowing he didn't bluff.
