Still Russia's POV:

The only exciting part of this get-together thing was when America tripped over a chair when going to the bathroom. Actually, he hasn't returned yet.

After around an hour waiting for him, we decided to go look for that troublemaking country.

Before we could start though, the siren blared and America rushed through the door, looking thoroughly disheveled, holding a rifle, and covered with a bit of blood.

Philia screamed at the sight of him. "Ame! Are you okay?"

"It's happening!"

"What's happening?" I asked him, quite frightened.

We all froze at his next words.

"The Purge."

He took a remote control from the table and pressed a button. A tv popped up.

There was a girl that looked frantic on the screen.

Suddenly, Germany shrieked. "East?"

I looked at her. "Your sister?"

"Yes! Why is she on the news?"

East, Germany's sister, began speaking.

"This is not a test. I repeat. This is not a test."

She took a deep breath.

"This is your emergency broadcast system announcing the commencement of the Purge, sanctioned by the US government."

I rounded on America. "Why would you create something like this?!" I shouted.

"I didn't! My government did! They told me this, but never that they would set it off!" He shot back.

East continued speaking.

"Weapons of class 4 and lower will be authorized for use during the Purge. Other weapons are restricted."

Suddenly America looked scared. "My children! They're at home, oh God..."

Out of comfort, and since I couldn't do anything, I hugged him.

He looked at me and blushed. Then he smirked. "Oh little Ruski is nicer now?"

"Shut up."

"Government officials ranking 10 have been granted immunity from the Purge, and shall not be harmed."

"So that means we're safe, right?" Poland spoke up for the first time.

"No...there's enough for all of the government officials ranking 10, but there's no more for us!" Germany cried out, fear lacing her voice.

Philia sank down in tears, while Malaysia and Indonesia comforted her.

"Commencing at the siren, any and all crime, including murder, will be legal for twelve consecutive hours."

"Oh shit, this is even worse..." I muttered, forgetting that I was still hugging America.

"Police, fire, and emergency medical services will be unavailable until tomorrow morning at 7am, when the Purge concludes."

"It's 12 in the morning right now, Gerdammit!" Germany was crying and Poland was patting her back, not knowing how to stop her from crying.

"Bless it be our new founding fathers, and America, a nation reborn."

"Really had to insert a compliment." China joked to America and me, trying to brighten the mood. Success, because Ame smiled.

East Germany took a deep breath.

"May God save us all."

A siren blared again in the distance, meaning the Purge had begun.

I swore I could hear a voice saying, "Give them hell from me, my loyal followers."

Ugh, my hands hurt now, because I told myself "Why not grant my readers a nice long chapter?"

I deeply regret it, but it's for y'all's sake.

Ciao!
