Jungkook's grip tightened around the hilt of the Heavenly Sword, the blade pulsing with ancient energy as it recognized its true master. The moment the sword was in his hand, the ocean seemed to roar in response, the currents swirling wildly around him, growing darker and more turbulent. His eyes, once soft and human, now glowed an eerie, glowing blue, more like the abyssal depths than any earthly ocean.

The Demon King recoiled slightly, his sneer faltering for the first time, as he saw the change rippling through Jungkook. The young water god's once graceful, almost ethereal form was now terrifying—his shimmering tail undulated with raw power, the scales no longer gleaming, but dark and jagged, like the cruel, unforgiving sea during a storm.

"You dare take what is mine?" Jungkook's voice was deeper, darker, more like a thunderous wave crashing against a cliff. His words echoed through the trench, rattling the bones of even the fiercest of demons. He swung the sword effortlessly, cutting through the water, and every movement left a trail of swirling energy in its wake. "I will show you the true terror of the deep."

The ocean around him responded violently, as if the very sea itself trembled at his command. The water grew colder, darker, and more suffocating, as massive whirlpools formed on all sides. The abyssal currents were no longer gentle—they became lethal, swirling with such speed and force that even the strongest of the Demon King's minions were being sucked into them, their cries drowned out by the roaring waters.

The Demon King's black eyes flashed with irritation, but there was a flicker of unease in his gaze. He raised his hand, calling upon his dark magic, shadows swirling around him like tendrils, reaching for Jungkook. "Your sword does not frighten me, god of water. I have taken down stronger gods than you!"

Jungkook's laugh was low, almost a growl. It was not the sound of a mortal; it was the roar of a deity who was beyond fear. His once warm and kind features had twisted into something more primal, his expression one of sheer rage and deadly intent. "You think I am the same as the others?" His voice, like a violent current, wrapped around the mysterious Demon King, making him pause. "You think the sea will show you mercy?"

The water around Jungkook darkened even further, swirling with a deep, inky blackness that reflected the depths where no light ever touched. His eyes glowed brighter, more terrifying in the gloom. "The ocean knows no mercy. Neither do I."

With a single flick of his tail, Jungkook surged forward, his speed more like lightning than a living being. The Heavenly Sword gleamed in his hand, crackling with raw energy. The sea around him bent to his will as he moved, creating a massive, swirling vortex that dragged demons down into the crushing depths, their screams silenced by the relentless pressure of the ocean's weight.

The faceless Demon King barely had time to raise his own defenses before Jungkook was upon him. With a single, brutal strike, Jungkook slashed the sword through the water, and the force of the blow sent a shockwave rippling through the entire trench. The Demon King blocked the hit, but he was sent reeling backward, black blood seeping from the cracks in his dark magic shield.

Jungkook, the water god, the Emperor, didn't stop.

"You've made a grave mistake, coming into my domain," Jungkook growled, his eyes flashing with fury. He raised his sword again, and the water around him began to churn violently. Massive tendrils of water shot out from the sea, wrapping around the Demon King and his remaining forces, squeezing with a strength that could crush steel.

The Demon King struggled, his dark magic flaring up in a desperate attempt to free himself from the watery bonds, but Jungkook wasn't giving him a chance. He slashed through the water again, and with each movement, the ocean responded, crashing into the Demon King like a relentless storm. The once proud ruler of demons was now trapped, his power waning under the crushing force of the sea god's fury.

"Did you really think you could wield the ocean's power without facing me?" Jungkook snarled, his voice colder than the depths of the abyss. His tail flicked powerfully, sending a pulse of energy that cracked the very earth beneath them. "You will drown in the very waters you thought you could control."

The Demon King let out a low, guttural growl, his black magic swirling desperately around him as he tried to summon more demons to his aid. But it was too late. Jungkook's army, led by Taehyung, had already swept through the trench, cutting down the remaining demons with terrifying efficiency.

"His majesty, he's weakening!" Taehyung shouted, his trident glowing as he fought by his brother's side. His dark hair flowed around him, and though fierce and battle-hardened, even Taehyung couldn't help but glance at Jungkook with a mix of awe and fear. This was a side of his brother he rarely saw—when Jungkook let go of his humanity and became the ruthless god of the sea he truly was.

"I'll finish this," Jungkook said, his voice a deadly whisper that carried through the water like the calm before a tsunami.

He raised the Heavenly Sword high above his head, and the ocean itself seemed to hold its breath. The swirling currents, the crushing whirlpools, and the dark waves all converged, focusing on Jungkook, waiting for his final command.

"You will never rise again," Jungkook said, his tone final, as he brought the sword down in a powerful arc.

The ocean answered.

A massive wave of energy surged through the water, crashing into the Demon King with such force that the very seabed split open beneath them. The Demon King's shield shattered, his dark magic unraveling as the pure, unrelenting power of the ocean overwhelmed him.

The Demon King let out a scream, a sound that was swallowed by the water, as his body was torn apart by the crushing depths. His form dissolved into nothingness, consumed by the sea that he had dared to challenge.

And then, silence.

The ocean calmed, the waters stilling as if in reverence to their god. Jungkook floated there, his eyes no longer glowing, but filled with a quiet, deadly satisfaction. He lowered the sword, the glow dimming as the last traces of the Demon King's presence disappeared.

Taehyung swam to his side, breathing hard but triumphant. "It's over."

Jungkook didn't respond immediately. His tail swished through the now tranquil water, his gaze distant. The power of the ocean still thrummed beneath his skin, but there was an eerie calm that came after the storm.

"Let's go back," Jungkook finally said, his voice softer now, almost human again. But the terrifying memory of the god he had become still lingered in the waters around him. "Jimin's waiting for me."

And as they ascended through the depths, leaving behind the battlefield and the remains of the mysterious Demon King, but was it the actual end? Did all the obstacles of water realm finished ? Or was there something else too? For now it didn't matter. Jungkook couldn't help but wonder how much longer he could keep his secret from Jimin—and whether the human could ever understand the terrifying power that he wielded as the god of the sea.
