"Catch me if you can, mommy!"
Valerie, Charlie's daughter, exclaimed as she ran. Ever since Charlie had a daughter, her and Vaggie had loved Valerie deeply. Charlie gave her the attention her own mother can't give. Charlie's hotel was growing just fine, many sinners had been redeemed and believed in her. Her business sure do was just going great.
"Ya gonna trip kiddo!"
Angel Dust said and carried her up.
"Auntie! Mommy's gonna catch me, I don't wanna sleeeep!"
Valerie exaggerated, Angel couldn't help but giggled at Valerie's words.
"You'll need sleep, baby."
Charlie said and grabbed her from Angel's arms. Valerie pouted as she doesn't want to sleep, it's too early for that!
"Me n' Husk is goin' somewhere, Char."
Angel said, Charlie gave a nod. After the battle with Adam-which is a long time ago-Angel and Husk confessed to each other not long after that. They're engaged now, sweet couple right? Charlie couldn't believe that Husk hated Angel from the first time. They go on dates everytime, such a cute couple.. Charlie would always think.
"Okay now, time for bed."
Charlie said sternly as she lets Valerie whines all she wants, she wasn't gonna listen to all her whines and change her mind anyway.

Charlie placed her daughter down the bed, Valerie was crossing her arms and was pouting.
"Come on now, what's with that face, hm?"
Charlie said and strokes her daughter's hair, smiling at her. She loves spoiling her daughter with love and attention. Vaggie opened the door slowly, she came and sat besides Charlie on the bed.
"Mama!"
Valerie said and smiled, she always had a favorite.
"Oh! Mommy! Tell me a bedtime story!"
Valerie says excitedly, Charlie had always tell her stories that are fantasies and she would always believe. Charlie giggles, she thought about telling her a story different, a story about her two fathers whom hated each other at the first but eventually was falling in love without even knowing.
"Hmm, okay!"
Charlie said and smiled, she opens her mouth to speak and letting the words out.
"A long time ago.."

THE PAST:
Lucifer came to the hotel, he immediately hugged her daughter. Oh how he missed her!
"Charlie!"
Lucifer said, his gaze fallen from a tall man which looked like a deer judging from the small antlers he had. Alastor, too, looked at him. They stared at each other whilst Lucifer hugged his daughter. Alastor narrowed his eyes, he maintained the wide smile that he almost keeps on his face. Lucifer felt something different about this guy, for him, Alastor felt.. off. He didn't suit to him best.
"Dad?"
Lucifer snaps out his thoughts as he got back to reality, Lucifer pulled away.
"Sorry, Char-Char."
Lucifer apologizes, Charlie gave an assuring smile. Alastor on the other hand didn't seem to like this "king of Hell".
"Oh! This is Alastor, by the way. He helps me here."
