Luke //

I'd fucked up big time.
Isabella probably thought I was some sort of idiot when we met. I was so nervous around the beautiful girl and I couldn't even get any words out of my mouth.

"What the hell was that?" Calum questioned, glancing backwards at Isabella while she walked up the remaining steps to her front door.

"I don't even know." I sighed in frustration, running a hand through my hair in annoyance.

"I told you to keep your cool when you met her!" Calum exclaimed whilst we made our way down the road towards Michael's house.

"Yeah, but you didn't tell me she looked like- like that!" I shouted, cheeks blushing as I spoke.

"Like what?" Calum asked, reaching a hand up to knock on Michael's front door.

"Like that!! She's fucking flawless." I sighed, waiting patiently for someone to open the door.

" 'Fucking flawless'? Dude, I know she's hot, but I didn't expect you to react like that." Calum chuckled.

"Just, I don't know, forget I ever said anything." I sighed, bitting my lip ring nervously.

"Okay, whatever you say lover boy."
Calum chuckled, while I punched him in the shoulder lightly.

"Ash is in the living room." Michael spoke once he finally opened the door for us, coffee in his hand whilst he motioned us through the door.

"Have you been to Starbucks?" Calum
questioned, glancing down at the frappé in Michael's hand.

"Yeah I did, there's two left for both of you in the kitchen." Michael spoke, making his way into the living room whilst me and Calum headed straight for the kitchen. Just as Michael had promised, there was a cardboard cup holder on the kitchen counter with two remaining frappes in it. One for me, and one for Calum. We grabbed our drinks and walked into the living room, joining Michael and Ashton on the big couch.

"Have you guys heard about the new British girl that moved here a couple days ago?" Ash questioned, taking a sip from him straw.

"Yeah dude, she moved into the house opposite mine, you know the one I mean?" I spoke, watching as Ashton thought for a moment before nodding his head.

"I've met her, and so has Lucas." Calum smirked, winking in my direction while all I did was groan.

"Really? When?" Michael questioned, aimlessly flipping through the channels on the Tv while he spoke.

"Yeah, I met her yesterday afternoon down at the park, she's actually really nice." Calum shrugged, fiddling with the plastic lid on his coffee.

"So when did Luke meet her then?" Ash asked, eyes locked on my own ones while he asked the question I was dreading.

"Do you wanna tell them, or shall I?" Calum smirked. He really loved making fun of me; what a dick.

"Shut up Cal. Well I guess I just met her today while me and Calum were on our way over here." I said, not really wanting to give them details about just how much of an idiot I made myself look like in front of her.

"And.." Calum said, urging me to carry on with the story. Somebody really needs to remind me why I'm even friends with him in the first place.

"And I was a stuttering fucking mess." I sighed, burying my face into one of the nearby cushions on the sofa, drowning out the sound of my friends that were currently laughing their arses off at me.

"Guys, shut up!" I whined in annoyance, throwing a cushion in Michael's direction, hitting him right in the face.

"Okay, okay. Was it really that bad though? Like did you actually stutter?" Ashton said in between giggles, making my cheeks go and even deeper shade of red.
