[Few hours after being taken]

I woke up to the sound of someone screaming in pain, my eyes shot wide open. 'What's going on?!' I mentally asked myself as I scanned my surroundings. I soon realized that I am behind bars and laying down on a wooden floor. I slowly got up in a seated position as I start to feel sudden pain at the back of my head. "Ouch..." I whispered as I was about to use my hand to rub my head, I suddenly realize that I can't because both of my hands are unfortunately bounded together behind my back with thick rope. I felt movement around floor, even though there was no window around I could tell that I was on a ship. 'My parents!' I thought as I hurried over to the bars. I was going to see if I could squeeze my head in between the bars to have a good look around, but just by looking at the bars they were very close to each other. I fall to my knees in defeat as I don't know what to do anymore. 'We're going to die....it's no use...' I thought as tears began to build up, but before I could cry someone else beat me to it.

"..." The sound of a girl crying was coming from across my jail cell. I looked at the direction of where the girl is crying from and I see that she is also behind bars in her own jail cell. She was wearing a white dress and she had black hair. I could see her curled up, her head was buried between her knees as her tied arms hugged her knees close to her body. "H-Hello..." My voice croaked out of my throat and the girl's head shot up straight at me with her eyes widen. "Umm...are you okay?" I asked her, but I instantly regretted it considering our current situation. I got a good look at her face, she had freckles and her skin was a bit tan. There was blood dripping from her forehead and there were scratches along her face as she showed signs that she had been attacked. She looked like she was around Reiner's age. "N-No...." She whimpered as she then broke out in tears again. "W-we're all going to die..." The girl cried out which started to make me cry with her. The sounds of footsteps approaching us was drawing near.

"SHUT UP!" One of the Marleyan officers yelled at us as more showed up behind the man. "Take them out!" Mark yelled and the officers began to unlock our cells. They yanked us and began to escort us out. As we were walking out, it was pretty obvious by now that we were on a ship. As we finally made it off of the ship, I noticed that it was dark outside as the Marleyan Officers were holding lanterns to illuminate the way. I couldn't make out where we were exactly but it looked like a port. They had us, who were captured, file up in a single straight line as they brought us on top of a tall wall. They had us all kneeling down, the girl that I had met was the last one at the end of the line and I was second to last next to her. They aggressively placed my father next to me and then placed my mother on the other side of my father. I turned to my right as I take a good look at the current state of my parents. My father looked like he was brutally beaten to a pulp, parts of his face were swollen as he just looked down at the ground unconscious to the world. My mother had her hair all messed up, one side of her face showed a big red mark as if she has been slapped multiple times. Her and my father's clothes were partially ripped and dirty. Tears were streaming down my mother's face.
