Amora's POV
"Thank you for meeting with me Miss Weasley," Professor McGonagall states with a soft smile as I enter her office.
"Aren't we pass the last names Professor?" I tease her and let out a small smile, "I'm graduating in less than a month, surely that's something?"
Professor McGonagall chuckles, "Well- I guess so." She then places a stack of documents of this year's student council, on the table for me to see, "I'm gonna need your help dear. With you're guidance, I need it in choosing the next Headboy and Headgirl. As well as the Gryffindor Captain for next school year."
I nod feeling excited about it, "It's gonna happen at the Hand Over Ceremony?"
Professor nods, "Yes, as always, and I would have asked Rhian to cone here too- But since he's on a date with Mr. Johnson, and says that he trusts you're word with whoever you are picking."
"Well- Me and Rhian actually talked about this a week ago. And came to an agreement with who we want to put the responsibilities for next year."
I pulled out the documents of Shaira Taylor, a sixth year pureblood, Slytherin, and Daniel Thompson, a sixth year muggleborn, Ravenclaw.
Professor raises a brow at the choices, "Miss Taylor and Mister Thompson?"
I nodded, "Shaira is a great student, though raised and is in a friend group that are prejudices. We believe that she could be a start of unity, along side Daniel. Daniel, though may be reckless, he is actually efficient and sociable student. A Slytherin's ambition, cunning, and leadership qualities combined with a Ravenclaw's intelligence, creativity, and wisdom can create a powerful duo. It could set an example of harmony and cooperation despite differences. This could test their commitment to each other and their beliefs. This pairing could help both Shaira and Daniel broaden their perspectives."
