"Is it Chrissy?" Me and my bestfriend turn to face Matt.

"Chrissy? You know Chrissy?" Gess.

"Well no but I watched Raffy and the other girl fight about him." Oh no he didn't! Gesselle let out a loud gasp

"You were fighting over him?! With whom?! Oh my God!" Gess covers a her mouth to hide her excitement.

"We weren't fighting over him! And she was no ordinary girl, its Melanie!" Her eyes became wider at the sound of her name.

"Melanie?! As in Chris' girlfriend?!" And now I'm the one covering her mouth.

"Don't be such a loud mouth! Yes it is her."

"He visited Chris and entered your classroom? Huh. Good thing its only for a day....is it?"

"Newsflash! She didn't visit. She's gonna go to school here now!"

"Oh my God! Oh my God! I can't believe  it...speak of the devil.." Gess was looking at somebody st my back. Oh no.

"Hello again Raffy..."

"God? Is that you? Are you talking to me from heaven? Am i gonna die now? I sure hope so..." I stare at the sky like a complete idiot.

"You are crazy. You are so infuriating and I hate it!" She said stomping one foot on the ground.

"..." I don't have anything to say.

"Ohh so now you keep your mouth shut?! Talk bitch!" She's starting to magnet eyes around us.

"..." Calmness Raffy. Your parents won't wanna bail you out anytime soon if you do something stupid. Gess and Matt are literally eating popcorn while watching.

"Keep your filthy hands off of my fiance or you'll regret it!" Melanie stormed off and I hope she isn't gonna show up for the next couple of centuries. Wait..wut?!

   I feel myself getting recharged! All the blood in my body rising up to my head!! She better not leave her window open tonight.

"Raffy...a-are you okay?" You're stammering. What are you so scared about?

"Raff! Just breath in!" Gess takes a dramatic inhale. "And breath out." Both her hands on my shoulder.

"What are you two saying? I'm perfectly fine. I know how to breath too...and I feel okay...see?" I force out a wide smile with my eyes large as saucers. I think my eye just twitched.

"Uhhh. Yeah. I have to go to the bathroom. Be right back girls." Matt runs off somewhere which is not the direction leading to the bathroom.

"Noooooooo! Don't leave me here to die alone!!" Gesselle extends her hands trying to reach for him. But she's too late. She looks at me again.

"Gess..." I try to reach out for her but she shields me with her arms.

"Please don't kill me! I have so much to live for! I got a dog to feed, I gotta have a boyfriend, have to find a good paying job, feed my other dog, get married, have children, have grandchildren and be old and wrinkly...so please don't take away my life!!" Did I say Gess was dramatic? Well it isn't true....she is overly melodramatic. Sigh.

"I'm not going to kill you Ges-" She pops back up and wipes her forehead with the back of her arm.

"Wooh. Thank God. You sort a look like you wanted to kill somebody earlier."

"Nuh-uh!"

"Oh come on. You look like you ate a a handful of red jalapenos. Your face was so red that even Clifford the big red dog will get jealous...speaking of jealous." Oh here we go again. "Why did you get all weird and mad earlier?"

"Huh what? I wasn't mad...psshh!" Matt where are you. I'm the one who needs saving right now.

"Oh really now? You're not jealous that Melanie and Chris are engaged?" Smirky face alert!

"Pffft! Why would I?... drop it Gess or you're gonna be the one eating some jalapenos here. Gess showed a gesture that she just zipped her mouth.

I check my phone again.
No missed calls.
No textmessages.
1 voicemail.

I got all excited and giddy inside. I bring my phone up to my ear expecting to hear an angelic voice to make up my day. But-

   'Hey yow! Hey yow! Raffy...its our friend's birthday party this Saturday and he wanted you guys to come. You and your friends. Tell you the details tomorrow. Adios!'
      - From the other planet.

"Gessa you wanna go to this dude's party this weekend?"

"Hmm...in one condition."

"And that is?" She's making me a little nervous.

"Be honest. Honest enough to tell me the truth that you really like Christian."
