Oliver and The Sea of Mischief Part 1

Chapter 3: Lost at Sea, Away from home.

The sea is loud and the pirates shout, Oliver woke up and found himself on a large boat, full of men hoisting the sails. He became aware that he's on a pirate ship once he looks at both sides of the boat. Oliver stands up and ran to the main deck to jump of. When he did, a pirate caught him by his jacket and pulled him up back on the ship. Which he realized was the captain.

"What do you think you doin' kid." The captain of the ship asked rudely "You wanna drown or somethin'? I would look at the view first if I were you." Oliver got up and wondered what he means, so when he looked outside, he learned that he's lost at sea while sailing with the Pirates.

Oliver knew that if he get off then he would escape, but at the same time he knew he wouldn't survive to go back home. So, he stic around with the fellow pirates.

"So, you guys are really pirates?" Oliver asked with curiosity.

"Well, what are we to you? Some band?" The captain answered in a question while keeping his rude tone.

"This is awesome. But I thought they were extinct a century ago."

"Well kid," said the captain. "Most of us pirates been hunted down n' killed by a ton of men o' the lands, and trust me when I say this, they are dead. But not us kiddo. Unless we go back to those filthy bags n' it's on you." The captain's words left Oliver shocked while he stood frozen in front of his face. The captain sneered and turned to his crew. While Oliver's still frozen a blonde girl wearing a pirate hat around his age jumped down the yard, slid down the sail and landed on her feet hitting the floor, which caught Oliver by surprise.

"Trust me new guy." She said with a smirk "You'll get used to his sarcasm once you get to know him, you'll also like my friends here They are nice... in their own way."

"Uh huh?" Oliver's priceless, shocked face made the girl her cover her mouth so she wouldn't laugh, although she couldn't hold it on for long and ended up chuckling.

"So... you know about this ship?" Oliver asked nervously.

"Yup." The girl nodded "why'd you ask."

"I don't know," he said. "I just noticed you're a pirate as well. I'm just a regular farm boy, who's... abducted, last night."

"Oh. It's nice to meet you though, I'm Riley, Riley Ohana."

"I'm Oliver Elm, it's nice to meet you too."

"I'm Captain Stig" He introduced to Oliver strictly and in a threatening manner. "And if you're going to survive, you'll need learn the ways of bein' a pirate kiddo. There ain't no place to go when you're on the sea matey."

Oliver gulped while thinking that he wouldn't survive at least a day as a crew member of the ship, it send Riley chills down her spine as she knew how cruel Captain Stig is towards people who aren't pirates, such as Oliver. Riley winked at him, telling him good luck while notifying him that if anything goes wrong, he can just tell her, and she will help him out. Despite Riley's intimidating side in her, she's not as cruel as the other pirates who sneered at Oliver, including Captain Stig. Initially all the other pirates Riley introduced to Oliver see him as a regular child who is incapable of anything but staying in the farm. They even make fun of him for that, Captain Stig on the other hand was furious about this and it gave him an idea that is most fitting for Oliver in hopes for his survival.
