After 20 minutes, Miss Bloomie's class ended.
- Miss Bloomie: And that's it for today's lesson! -she picked up her things and headed to the door.
Honestly, of all my birthdays, this was definitely the weirdest one ever. All that was left was for a meteorite to fall on us. I was quite absent, I couldn't think properly. Suddenly and without saying anything, Nia grabbed my arm and dragged me out of class. Once outside, she crossed her arms.
- Nia: Are you going to fucking tell me what's wrong with you? -she asked a little angry- How the hell did you do that to your face? And don't tell me it was with a thumbtack... Don't you dare lie to me.
- Alex: Nia, I... -the words didn't come out- I can't... I don't want to put you in danger...
- Nia: Put me in danger? What are you talking about?
In the distance, Miss Circle's footsteps sounded throughout the hallway. I turned my head to the right and the moment I made eye contact with her, a chill ran down my spine. Without saying anything, I entered the class and sat down in my seat. Afterwards, Nia sat on my right as usual. Miss Circle walked into class and slammed the door. She walked steadily up to the table and took a general look until... she ended up staring at me for a moment with a smile on her face. Afterwards, she looked again at a general shot.
- Miss Circle: Well well little pieces of shit, let's start with today... Take out your notebooks and don't waste my time. -she exclaimed.
I stared at Miss Circle. I didn't even take out my notebook. It's strange... I felt like fear and anger inside me. Seeing that I still didn't take out my notebook, Miss Circle addressed me.
- Miss Circle: YOU! Out, with me, NOW -she exclaimed.
Nia and Skell looked at me worried and I got up from the chair. I approached the exit and Miss Circle came out next to me. She closed the door behind her and looked at me. She moved her hand towards the wound on my cheek and looked at it carefully.
- Miss Circle: Mmm... Are you going to force me to do the same one on the other cheek? -she whispered with a devilish look.
- Alex: Do it... -I told her without concern.
- Miss Circle: You are much stupider than I thought. -she grabbed me by the neck. I couldn't breathe- but I like that you are so decisive. -she lifted the compass towards my other cheek and pressed against it with the edge that penetrated the skin of my cheek.
- Alex: Uh! -I complained for a moment but remained still. I felt the cold edge and blood dripping down my cheek as Miss Circle looked at me evilly. Suddenly, she whipped out the needle and pushed me to the ground. The blood did not stop flowing from my cheek since this time it penetrated quite hard.
- Miss Circle: Pathetic... -she approached and leaned towards me- this has only just begun... -again, she dragged her fingers across my bleeding cheek and removed some of the blood, taking it away to her mouth. She tasted the blood with satisfaction- mmm, delicious... Fresh blood...
Miss Circle got up from my side and walked towards the classroom door. Before she entered, she gave me an insignificant look.
- Miss Circle: You should clean that before entering my class... -she opened the door, entered and closed the door again.
