It's a bittersweet day for all the seniors. well, specifically the basketball players. It was juju's last game of her collegiate career, and tonight is also the night where she announces what's next for her. was she declaring for the wnba draft? was she taking a while off? questions on top of questions have been asked regarding the girl's career.
Southern California was about to play against UCLA. Tickets were sold out, the Arena was full of bodies— over capacity.
Elysian stood at the sidelines, dressed in Juju's White USC Jersey with black jean cargo pants and black jordan 4's. her camera was wrapped around her neck, as she took pictures of the girls at tip off. The referee threw the ball into the air and the game began.
Both of the girls' family made it tonight, sitting close to the court, dressed in their best outfits... some of them may or not be trying to hold their sobs in.
First quarter, Juju was slacking a but she made sure to use her stamina and great defense to make a comeback. she wasn't tired yet, she wanted a dub for her last game. cough cough, jessibel.
The girls were now on the sidelines at Coach Lindsey talked to them, Juju saw Elysian getting a shot of them so she held up a peace sign with her water bottle in her mouth. Elysian chuckled and shook her head.
Second quarter, UCLA was in the lead. not much to say about that. halftime was about to begin. once the buzzer when off, both teams went into their locker rooms. Elysian went and walked over to her and juju's family.
"Hi guys, your girl is tired." she announced her presence and plopped down in her father's lap. She took a picture of her mother and auntie just to have.
"I'm trying not to cry right now." Jessibel dramatically, fanning her face. Her pregnant belly was on display cause of the cropped shirt she wore. Jessibel and the man that she met in New Orleans— named Monty — ended up being together, and now they have a baby boy on the way. Monty is a professional football player, for the Saints. They've been together for two years now.
