It has gotten late and it was time to head home we currently stood in the sidewalk in front of a very familiar building the port mafia headquarters. I had irritated the ginger Chihuahua the rest of the day by not saying a word about what I was planning and refusing to let go of him, that'll teach him to listen to his owner. Chuuya continued to angrily speed walk down the sidewalk, he tightly grasped my wrist in his hand dragging me along with him. I would have to correct this behavior, a dog wasn't supposed to pull its owner around. I stopped midway through as he turned back and glared at me angrily. "Come on jackass! It's going to rain soon!" Chuuya angrily demanded. "Now Chuuya, what kind of owner would I be if I let my dog boss me around?" Chuuya's anger seemed to multiply by a thousand as he growled out, "Shut up and come on you stupid bandage waste!" I refused to go any further and Chuuya was unable to drag me, he groaned in frustration. "Alright, fine what do you want!?" He finally caved, begrudgingly as he then let go of my wrist. I walked up directly beside him I stared down at his hat and then quickly swiped it from him, I placed the hat on my own head. Chuuya furiously demanded, "Give me my hat asshole!" I ignored him, he tried to punch me so I caught his hand.
"Nice try Chuuya but you're too short to punch me!~" I teased as he tried to pull his hand back away from mine. Chuuya failed as I tightly held his hand.
"Come along now Chuuya, you wouldn't want your coworkers to see you, correct?"
Chuuya froze as he seemed to have a moment of realization, he looked behind me, staring directly at the Port mafia HQ.
"You're doing this on purpose aren't you!?" He yelled accusingly as he tried even harder to pull away. I looked at the doors of the building as a familiar guy came out of the building looking very anxious. He had white hair and a terrible hair cut, with cat-like eyes. "Atsushi-kun! How's the mafia?" I called out cheerfully. Atsushi froze as he immediately turned to me, his gaze then landed on Chuuya who was still progressively attempting to escape my grip.
"Uh, Dazai-san why are you dragging a mafia executive?" I simply displayed one of my usual fake cheerful grins, "We're going to commit a double suicide!" I cheerfully responded, Atsushi's eyes widened, "Y-You're what!?" He immediately said frantically. "Don't listen to him he's just joking." Chuuya calmly explained to Atsushi. Before their conversation could continue I began to pull Chuuya forward, his apartment was just up ahead.
"Come on Slug!" I said cheerfully as we continued down the sidewalk. Suddenly just as we started to continue I felt a small cold drop of rain hit my hand. The cold rain then started to pour down harshly pelting me with the freezing cold water. "Why Chuuya! Look what you've caused! Now we're stuck in the rain!" I said irritatingly in a teasing tone. Chuuya frowned miserably and bitterly grumbled "This is your fault jackass!" as I said this, but we still continued in the rain over the building up ahead, the apartments. We continued on through the rain over to the apartment building. I dragged Chuuya up the metal stairs, not even caring to be careful due to the rain making it slippery. We entered the cover of the apartment roof and we stopped in front of a door, it had the number three on it. I released Chuuya and he then dug into his coat pocket, pulling his keys out of it. Chuuya's hair was soaked and sticking to him, because I had refused to return his hat. In a weird way it kind of suited him. He opened the door and I followed him inside.
Beside Chuuya was a real hat rack, for hats and coats, he took off his coat and put it on the rack before removing his shoes and setting them on the wood floor beside the rack. "I'm going to go clean myself up a bit, you can do whatever just don't mess anything up bandage waste!" Chuuya said in an exhausted tone before walking off. I look around Chuuya's apartment. The smaller room with plain lighter beige walls, a plain grey couch a few feet away from me a TV on a small wood stand in front of the couch a little bit behind the couch, the flooring changed to a white tile flooring there were obsidian black countertops a black matching stove, a sink, and plain white fridge. On the counter there were a few separate completely empty bottles of presumably expensive wine.
From the den there was a hallway, it was the same beige coloring on the walls, and the same wood flooring as the living room. Chuuya had gone down that hall and into the first plain white door to the right, that meant that was the bathroom, so that leaves the question of what the other two doors are. I decided not to wait to find out, as I took my shoes off and placed them beside Chuuya's, and placed both Chuuya's hat and my coat on the rack. I then began to walk over to the hallway. I walked past the bathroom and over to the room diagonally across from it. A plain white door just like the other doors in this place, I opened the door to find a room light coffee brown walls there was an about full size bed with darker blue bedding, and a small brown table to one side of the bed. On the table was a picture of three people I recognized. There was Ane-san or Kouyou a red head executive lady that took a liking to Chuuya. Beside her was Chuuya himself with a small smile, then to my surprise the emo brat, I'd personally trained. Aktugawa,  all of them were dressed in traditional Japanese clothing, Kouyou in her usual outfit, Chuuya in a lighter blue kimono, and Aktugawa in a plain grey and white one. The three of them seemed happy in the picture Aktugawa was even smiling in the picture, I had no clue that someone so emo was capable of something like that. Next to that picture, another picture I recognized. In the picture was me in my back and white port mafia clothing from the past, I had a small smile. Beside me stood Chuuya he was dressed in his old jacket he still wore when he was in the sheep, he also had a smile. I heard footsteps coming towards the room as I realized Chuuya was probably done with whatever he was doing.  Chuuya entered the room, dressed in a plain white long sleeve button up shirt with a collar that hid his neck, and a pair of black pants. "What are you doing in my room!?" Chuuya asked irritatedly as he glared at me. "Just looking around." I told him simply before I began to walk over to him. I stopped right in front of Chuuya and stared down at him, I placed a hand on the right side of his face cupping it.
I placed my other arm around Chuuya's waist, he lightly blushed a bit before asking in a slightly irritated yet flustered tone, "What the hell are you doing!?"
I didn't respond instead I lightly kissed him, just like I did earlier in front of all the Agency members. Chuuya didn't fight it or even pull away as he gave him, even going as far as to kiss back. This continued for a whole ten seconds before Chuuya broke the kiss and turned away embarrassed. "Why did you do that Shitty Dazai!?" He asked a bit of irritation in his voice. "Well, why did you kiss back..?" I asked in a slightly teasing tone of voice. Chuuya let out a sigh before walking away from me letting himself flop down onto his bed. I then approached the other side of the bed and laid down beside him, on top of the blanket.
I took Chuuya's hand in mine, and he didn't even try to pull away. Chuuya was laying on his side facing me and had begun to fall asleep, and I moved a bit closer to him wrapping my arms tightly around him and hugging him closely. Chuuya didn't complain and simply closed his eyes, falling asleep as he placed an arm around me hugging me back. "I'll kill you if you leave again...bandage waste..." Chuuya muttered before finally falling asleep. I paused as I considered what he meant by these words, why would he want me to stay? I literally betrayed him and the entire mafia. I held him a bit closer as I quietly whispered, "I won't Slug..." In response I then began to gently caress his hair as he fell asleep. Why did I leave him behind? What kind of owner abandons their dog? I won't let this happen again, I'll make sure of it.
