9 years later...

DHRUV's POV:

"Mumma mein jaa rahi Hu office..." dhruvi said. "Oye bandar kitni baar kaha hai jati Hu nahi kehte mein jaldi vapas ati Hu esa kehte hai." Dev  said.

"Dev tujhe pata hai na im the elder one here." Dhruvi said and dev nodded. "Then stop acting like you're the elder one. And stop calling me with those names!" Dhruvi said and I chuckled.

Yeh 8 saal bacho ke saath kab bit gaye pata hi nahi chala. "Ayi betu. Here you go. Your lunch." Vani said while giving her a lunchbox

"Mumma aap janti hai na ab mein badi hogayi Hu. Aap yeh lunchbox banana kab band karogi? Apko aram ki zarurat hai." Dhruvi said.

"Jab tak tere nakare uthane wala nahi mil jata tab tak hum hi utha lenge... nakhre bhi aur zimmedari bhi." Vani said.

"Not again mumma... phir se shadi ka topic! Isse phele ab baat aage badhe im going now bye bye love you guys." Dhruvi said and blew a flying to kiss to everyone.

Vani looked towards me and said. "Tum toh kuch bologe nahi usse haina?"

"To be honest mein khud nahi chahta ki woh shadi karke humse dur chali jaye. Adat hogayi hai mujhe apni princess ki." I said.

She rested her head on my shoulder and said. "Par kabhi na kabhi toh usse shadi karni hi hogi na. Usse kitne sare ladko ki photos dikhayi sabko reject kar diya. Kehti hai un mein koi spark nahi mila." Vani said.

"Toh phir bas baat yahi khatam jab tak mere princess ko woh spark nahi mil jata hum usse force nahi karenge" I said while placing my hand on her shoulder

"Par..." I didn't let her complete and said. "Vani... give her some time... woh samajhdaar hai. Uska jab maan karega uski shadi kara denge...." I said and she nodded.

Just then I got a call. I took out my phone and saw it was rudransh'a phone.

I picked up the phone and said. "Hello bro! How are you?"  "mein thik Hu.. tum batao. Tum kese ho?"

"I'm good too." I said. "Aacha sun aaj sham ko mere ghar pe ek chota sa get together hai... aaj Avi vapas aa raha hai London se uski padhai finally complete ho chuki hai... so sham ko 7 baje aajana sabke saath." he said.

"Ohh that's great!!" Vani said and I chuckled. "Yes don't worry we'll come..." I said and ended the call.

"Aaj kitne time baad hum sab saath mein milne wale haina?!" Vani said excitedly. I smiled and nodded in yes.

Time skip to evening...

"Dhruvi! Dev! Adhrit! Ved! Are you guys ready or not?" I said. "Yes papa! I'm ready!" Dhruvi said while coming out of her room.

"You look so pretty bacha! Kisi ki nazar na lage mere princess ko..." I said and kissed her forehead.

"Ahem ahem! Mein bhi Hu!" I heard vani's voice. "Papa.... kahi se jalne ki smell aa rahi hai." Dhruvi whispered in my ear. I chuckled and vani said. "Sunayi diya mujhe!"

We both chuckled and I went near vani. "Tumhe kisi tarif ki zarurat thode hi hai? Tumhe toh dekh kar hi mein iss kadar Kho jata hu ki mujhe hi nahi pata hota ki mein kya bol raha Hu?" I said.

"Exactly! Jese ab! Kya bol rahe ho papa apki baat ka koi sense ban raha hai?" We heard dev's voice.

He came near us and placed his hand on vani's shoulder. "Mom inko chodiye mein batata Hu aap kitni pyaari lag rahi hai.. aap par toh abhi bhi college students marte hai!" He said and vani smiled.

"Thankyou bacha." She said while caressing his hair. "Ahem ahem!" I fake coughed and looked at dev.

He took his hand back from vani's shoulder and said. "Oops koi toh naraz hogaya! Mein chala bahar car ke pass aap log aajaiyega." He said.
