Kara looks into the break room seeing Grace inside, she opens the door and enters.

Kara: Um, Ms. Grant just told me........Lucy quit

Grace sadly nods her head.

Kara: You told her I was Supergirl and you were Glitch and she left the city?

Grace: I didn't tell her.

Kara: You didn't?

Grace: No. She broke up with me before I had a chance to, so.....

Kara: But why?

She follows the love of her life behind as Grace takes a drink of coffee.

Kara: Because you stood her up when we were tracking Indigo.

Grace: No, no.

Kara: I tried to talk to her. Oh no, did I say something wrong?

Grace: No. No, Kara. It wasn't that......it wasn't.......it was just something between us. Not you and me. Between me and Lucy.

Kara tilts her head to the side gazing at her with a loving look.

Kara: It's obvious how much she loves you and.......

Grace: I love Lucy. I do but I'm not in love with her. Maybe I'm in love with someone else

Kara snaps her head up towards her and the two locks eyes staring at each other for a long moment.

Kara: W-what?

Grace: Maybe I didn't love her as much as I should have. Maybe I'm in love with another.

Kara stares at her not saying anything as her heart skips a beat. Her phone chimes, she looks down at it.

Kara: It's Alex.

Grace: Go. I'll catch up

Kara smiles backing up and when she turns, she runs right into the glass door.

Kara: I meant to do that.

She laughs nervously and runs out of the room.

Alex: She broke up with her?

Kara: Kaput

Kara and Alex turns a corner and begins walking down a hallway

Alex: Ugh, I always knew that relationship was going to go busto.

Kara: I feel guilty.

Alex: Did she say you were the reason?

Kara: She said the opposite.

Alex: Well, then guilt isn't what you should be feeling. Try hope.

Kara: I don't want to be Gracie's rebound girl, Alex

Alex: Oh come on! We all know Grace feels the same way about you. Hell Dean has even seen it and he's the crankiest person I know

Dean: HEY!! I HEARD THAT AND I AIN'T CRANKY!!

Hank: YES YOU ARE!!

Dean: BITE ME, HANK!!
