Lily cleared her throat and gave her dad her best smile ever, leaning closer to him.
"I met this guy.. his name is Amos Diggory and.." she scrunched her face trying to find the words to continue that statement.
"He is a two headed fake gentleman or whatever you call Diggory, also he just wants to corrupt your innocent mind." Iya finished her sentence for her, also giving Lily her best smile ever.
Lily ignore her sister and continued, "He wants me to be his-" This time, Richard cuts his daughter off.
"No, Lily." Their father said, not even letting her finish her sentence, making his younger daughter frown.
"But Dad... you never even let me finish what I was going to say." Lily gave him her best puppy-dog eyes.
"I already know what he was going to say to you, and no, you cannot date him." Richard rolled his eyes, started driving again, and looked at his wife, who rolled her eyes in response.
"Rule number one: no dating until you're 20. Rule number two: no dating until you're 20," Margaret said, making Lily groan.
"But Mum, I have good grades, I'm a prefect, and I try to keep Iya in check as much as possible." She complained, her voice annoyed.
"Lilian Rose Evans."
"Fine."
Once they arrived home, Lily couldn't resist pleading with her father about the Amos situation. Richard's answer was always the same:
"No, Lily."
"But that's not fair! I'm the only one in our year who hasn't had a boyfriend, and even Iya had a boyfriend." Lily complained, following her dad around the house, even mimicking his actions as he sat in their lounge.
"Lily, at least you're not the only one in your year who doesn't have a boyfriend right now." Richard smiled and motioned to her twin sister.
"And I do not plan on having one, for your information." Iya says and Their father widened his smile and raised his eyebrows at Lily.
"BUT DADDY! IYA DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING TOSS ABOUT DATING, SHE KEEPS HERSELF AWAY FROM MEN, AND BESIDES, SHE'S LIKE IN PLANET GET YOURSELF IN TROUBLE."
Iya scoffed, "As opposed to Planet 'look at me, I have the greatest grades'." She mocked her sister, who sent her a glare before complaining once again.
