Chapter 1. Bitten!

Haven's POV,

.....What a precious and a fabulous opportunity to sneak out! Today is gonna be the easiest sneak of all days,, because my parents are engaged ,, don't get me wrong , not the engaged of marrying each other but the other one, they have been so busy today , not paying any attention to me since my grandfather from dad's side , my uncle , aunt Cara and some other men arrived earlier.

I had given up on that party but not anymore.

I haven't touched the food that nanny brought to me in my room saying that I wasn't allowed in the living room nor the dining room , actually, am a little bit curious about what their meeting is about because when I went to greet them , their faces screamed of worry .

And also , they never visit like this at a go , unless it's Christmas eve or some other special occasion.

So even after mom asked me to come back in my room and do my homework , I stayed back for a moment, trying to eavesdrop , but unfortunately, I couldn't hear what they were talking about clearly , though I heard grandpa mention 'full moon' which made me drop my curiosity thinking that there was nothing important about what they were talking about, maybe they don't want me around because they are old people and I'll be the only 17 year old there.

That's to my advantage though , I can't imagine if I would have to be stuck there with them! Listening to some old stories.

...So party it is..! Actually, am not invited to that party but that doesn't mean I won't go , not when 'Chelsea Tayler ' is going  to be there .

...Unrequited love , ever been through it before?

Actually, I told my mom about my unrequited love and she just brushed it off, saying that everyone passes that stage , a stage of unrequited love , so it's not a big deal.

But to me it's a big deal because I honestly love Chelsea even when I know very well that she'll never notice me even in the next life .

But even so , my idiotic best friend Richie , still cheers for me to continue chasing after her , saying that she likes me , it's just that she's waiting for me to say it first.

Well, I know he is fooling me but still I listen to him because that's exactly what I wanna hear.

He even managed to make me agree to go to that party that we're not invited.

The reason why we're not invited is because the party's owner is some rich asshole who bullies everyone at MerryDale highschool, so he invited only classic rich people .

He thinks he has all the power over other students, thinking he is the hottest and richest , actually.. he is , but that shouldn't be the reason he gives others a hard time at school.

Apparently, he has been after Chelsea since the start of this semester but am not gonna allow him get her!

Anyway , am just bluffing, there is no doubt that Chelsea is gonna accept him without a second thought . I mean , hottest girl and hottest guy , perfect match!

°°°After taking a warm shower I put on my favourite black jeans , white polo shirt , a black leather jacket and white sneakers.

I don't know if maybe dressing like this will make her notice me at least. It's totally not my way of dressing, I dress more casually, not because I can't afford expensive clothes or something.

I just love casual. I love to be casual with most of the things..

My room is on the second floor and as always , I get out through the window , then walk on the extended roof of the first floor room, then jump on the ground, am used to this so don't worry about me getting hurt , it's not that high anyway.
