A dubious ally

The Young Leader

Soundwave was sitting on the roof of Alchemor in the lotus position. His tentacles were attached to the ship's control panel, and a small locator popped out of the communicator's head. He had been sitting motionless for several minutes and was trying to find the signals of escaped Decepticons or stasis capsules. Fixit, following the spy's instructions and schematics, repaired the earth bridge. Laserbeak and Danny helped the orange bot, although only the minicons worked, and the man just brought them tools and materials. Grimlock was lying in rex's form and basking in the sun. A quiet idyll reigned in the dump. Well, almost...

"Sideswipe! This is not a toy!" Strongarm was shouting at the red mech

"Come on! I won't break it!" Sideswipe was throwing the handcuffs in the air, teasing femme

"Give it back!" the Autobot tried to take away the device

"Try to take it away!"

Sideswipe ran away from Strongarm, and the white and blue femme began to chase the brazen mech. After a few minutes of chasing, she finally caught the red bot, however, while she tried to take away the handcuffs, the device closed on the Strongarm and Sideswipe manipulators. They tried to open the handcuffs, but they couldn't do it.

"It's all your fault!" Strongarm pushed the red bot

"If you hadn't chased me, none of this would have happened!" Sideswipe pushed her back

The two Autobots started bickering and pushing each other. Bumblebee came running to the noise and wanted to separate them, but the Soundwave attracted his attention with an audible signal. The lieutenant sighed and turned to the Decepticon, who was still sitting on the roof of Alchemor.

"Has something happened?" asked the yellow bot

// I found them // Soundwave nodded and pointed a tentacle at the map

"Two signals at once?" Bee was surprised "Both near the river... it will be a long way to go" he turned to the unfinished bridge

// The work has not yet been completed // said the blue mech // So for now / Go on your own //

"It's a pity" the lieutenant sighed "Strongarm! Sideswipe! Stop it immediately!"

Bumblebee shouted at the two young bots, but they ignored him and continued to fight. The leader wanted to approach them and separate them, but Soundwave jumped off the roof and landed near the Autobots, who immediately stopped and stared at the blue mech.

"She started it!" Sideswipe pointed at femme

"If you hadn't..." Strongarm began, but stopped, as Soundwave was still silently looking at them

The Decepticon watched the two youths for about another minute, then in one motion removed the handcuffs from their manipulators. Soundwave slowly turned around and pointed his finger at the map. As if on command, the Autobots moved to Alchemor and looked at the Decepticon signals.

Bumblebee silently thanked the signalman with a nod, then turned to Strongarm: "Strongarm, get the trailer ready for Grimlock."

"Yes, sir!" femme saluted and ran off behind the trailer

"Sideswipe, help me wake up Grimlock" he turned to Sideswipe

"Are you sure we can do it?" Red mech doubted.

// Leave it to me // Soundwave walked up to the dinobot and flicked his nose

"What?! Are we being attacked?!" Grimlock jumped to his feet
