Spencer hasn't tried to call or make any contact with the team. Garcia uses the bar place as the place to use the computers. Even though Spencer left it to Garcia, Garcia doesn't feel right using it. She only uses it because of Spencer and the computers. The team had to drop the case because of no leads. The team was on another case when someone walked through the door. Garcia's heart froze. The person put a hand on her and Garcia instantly relaxed. She looked up and saw the person she wanted to see and one she didn't. The one she didn't was Ethan Valdez. The other was Spencer.
