"An empty hallway"

Why was it so hard to get sleep anywhere these days, he usually couldn't sleep. I mean who could in a dirty smelly place like this? The smell was horrible it was cold as hell and the toilet and sink doesn't work because the big backs/ his annoying roommates broke it. LIKE WHY YOU NEED THAT. Anyways he doesn't really sleep since he has insomnia, he usually just stares at the ceiling  the whole night or is on his phone. He tries to sleep but he just can't. Anyways being in police station didn't help either, always guards that have to talk in front of  their cell. Like please go somewhere else for once I just want atleast 2 hours max sleep. All they talked about were stupid foods, doughnuts to be exact. What is it with police and doughnuts..

As Derek was lost in these questions and thoughts he kind of snaps back into consciousness and looks around, he notices a tall man. He couldn't really make out who it was tho. But it wasn't a police officer since they don't come into the cells at night. He would know if they did.

Also the man had black hair and also a hoodie on? As he continues to watch he finally figured out who it is after about 12 minutes of watching this person only go through his stuff. Like why did it always have to be me.

Derek stands up slowly, trying to make NO sound at all as he does, and he slowly starts going towards Tom. His ninja like pose and clothes didn't really hide his identity and didn't really keep that secret for Tom. Like he said people who say their spies undercover on tv is something a dummy would say. Like naturally Derek would find out since he goes THROUGH the footage himself and all the confessionals.

As Derek gets behind him tom moves so quickly and smoothly and punches him in the face before forcing them down on the ground as he says something into a walkie talkie or some kind of talking device. Honestly Derek COULDN'T think after being punched. As Tom was done punching him like 6 times in the face some officers heard the commotion and yelled the words "HEY" as they ran into the cell to try and get the ninja spy person thing. Honestly Derek couldn't really hear what was going on, he was blacking out. That annoying screeching sound comes into his head before everything seems darker and darker until he finally passes out. Talk about unlucky

*after about 6 hours when it's morning*

Derek still hears that horrible sound as he slowly wakes up. He was lying on what seemed to be some type of hospital chair. With nothing else on though. He couldn't really process anything around him since he just woke up. He was simply to overstimulated at the moment.

He looks as about 2 officers come in to check since they heard a sound coming from this tiny medical part of the station? He didn't really know where he was. And of course his hands had to be cuffed, he saw the officers come closer but as they were about to get in 2 feet close to him that's where he decided to make it clear he did not want these people near him at all. Derek began to be a bit stressed the closer he came. He was still trying to process what happened, where he is, and what was currently happening. Overstimulation. Like I said. Before they could try and do anything to him or touch him or check on him, he started yelling at them. Yelling for them to get away from him and to leave him alone. "I SAID FUCKING LEAVE ME ALONE, GO AWAY" he yelled as they didn't listen to his command. He does this for 3 minutes he just wanted for them to leave him alone. Was that so hard? "I SAID GO OUT" he yells one last time before they finally go. Good. As they should.

It's been an hour, and thankfully and luckily for once he could sleep, for about 45 minutes that is. It may not be considered sleep but for him it was. But then he hears the door open. Great what do these donut lovers want now. He thinks to himself as he sits up to see the same guy. The same guy that handcuffed him, forced him into the car. And is the reason he was in this stupid place. Great what does he want. Derek says as he just frowns at him. But wasn't as snarky as before since now he had time to process.

Dereks face had been beat up pretty bad. One of his eyes were purple and there were some other marks also left on his tired face. It hadn't been treated due to him yelling at the ones that tried to put ice on it to go away and get away from him. It hurt. It hurts bad he wanted this uncomfortable feeling to just leave him alone. To just walk out the door. Ya know. The officer came a bit closer slowly before stating his name "I'm Trevor" he says coming closer.

Did he think he was a chicken that escaped and he was trying to get back or something? Stating your name won't make the pain or the uncomfortable feeling go away. BUT. It's nice finally knowing the name of the person who is the reason for this. He's crazy if he thinks he will talk to him. Never in a million years or ages. After he came close enough he all of a sudden pins him down. Which didn't go well last time so Derek panicked. But Trevor quickly got some ice and a medical kind of plaster tape to keep the ice on the parts of his face that were beat up. Once he was done doing that he lets Derek go and backs a few steps away from him. The hell, did he think I was a feral animal? You didn't need to pin me down. Rude much. "Jerk" Derek mumbles but not that loud so this so called Trevor couldn't hear what he said.

After Trevor supposedly helps with his wounds and weak spots that Tom had left on him. Trevor takes Dereks shoulders and makes him stand up before leading him back to his cell. As they walk they go through a lot of hallways. Must be a big station huh? But most of them were poorly decorated and most of them were just cold and empty. Could use a bit more style
In both their opinion but hey. It wasn't up to them. Before Derek expected to be shoved back into his cell like last time. He feels Them patting his shoulder 2 before letting them walk in his own into the cell.

He hears a faint "bye" as he sees them leave. The hell? What was that? Didn't he just shove him last time? What's this supposed to be? Is he teasing him? Is he like this cause he was vulnerable at the moment. Pfft what a jerk. Like hell we was ever gonna say a word do that person.
