The camera made whirling noises as it struggled to focuses on the thing infront of it...
The thing had limbs...
limbs that were full of wires and cables sticking out in odd places, though limbs wouldn't be the exact right word, more like stubs that erupted with wires and metal wiring to make a poor imitation of what should have been limbs like arms and legs in it's place. The thing looked like a twisted version of a tree with metal and wire as it's branches.
It's torso wasn't much better.
It was blocky and bulky only being held up by a line of metal running along from behind connecting the upper and lower body resembling something like almost like spine. The upper part of the torso seemed to pop out more compared to the rest of the body, like the person who designed it wanted it to look like a ribcage. The 'ribcage' looked like it was designed to open and close as it had a prominent cavity in it revealing complex wiring and circuits along with what could be a type of 'battery' or powersource.
Even with all of this, the machine didn't look like it would even be able to move Let alone power on, but from the looks of it, it's creator persisted. The sounds of feet shuffling and things being moved around proved that this creation was not yet abandoned by it's creator.
Looking back up at the mechanical mess of a creation. Running up along it's spine, until reaching the top it would be seen that it had something resembling a head. Adding to the humanoid look of the machine, even if it looked more like a skull with a pair of larger then normal eyesockets.
These eyesockets seemed to be hollowed out at first glance, but if one played really close attention and looked deeper they'd be able to see that they fully weren't and had screens in the back. One of the eyesockets screens didn't seem to be fully attached yet as it hanged right outside the socket only left dangling by wires coming from 'eye'.
Looking at the back of the head. It's back was left open and exposed revealing more of its circuits and wires, but these seemed thicker and longer being able to reach the floor and runalong to be connected to a computer.
The source where its creator programs it's code and gives commands. The shuffling calmed down in the backround as the machine's creator stepped close to where its creation layed or 'sat' as it was upright on the table. Finally facing the camera, they spoke.
Or rather made noise and signed.
"Hello I am W.D Gaster, current royal scientist" there was a pause "I have been assigned with creating a weapon by our king, power enough to kill any human that falls down along with being able to capture their souls safely in order to bring them to his majesty."
"So far I have not finished this assignment, so I'm making this recording as a sort means to keep track of the progress I've made or to review for any improvements I should make, so let me get started" he cleared his throat before the scientist spun around and presented his creation with much enthusiasm.
"This! is S0_W or series zero of Weapons created by I, W.D. Gaster as I like to call it" he looked smug as he said the last part.
Grabbing two tools Gaster moved closer to his creation's 'battery' as he made adjustments.
"As shown here, there still much to be done. The weapons is not fully completed but rest assured it works. I did not spend days learning and writing down code for nothing" he laughed to himself. "Not that I struggled with learning code or building this weapon, I just had my attention else where"
Once satisfied with the changes he made, Gaster put down his tools and exchanged them for something on the table.
"Now here's the real thing that's been taking my time in finishing this project"
