"Now what's all this about? Huh!"

Undyne's voice boomed. She had the man's wrist held firmly in her grasp from when he had attempted to grab San's.

"Who are you?!" The man snapped, still strugglingin her grip. "let go you crazy bitch! This is between me and them!"

"Oh is this now? Well now it's between you and me." Undyne flashed a toothy smile. As much as she wanted to punch and pummel this guy to the ground for messing with papyrus and sans she knew she couldn't. She was a person of the law and as a person of authority it was her job to calm the situation down and get both sides of the story to be able to proceed with proper action.

Undyne looked at the scene around her. Papyrus was in the back with their shopping cart, fiddling with his gloves. San's (who was out of the way now) was standing by her side while she currently held the man back.

Undyne let a little of the tension on her shoulders leave seeing where Papyrus was and sans was now. Good he was safe. They Both were.

Dozens of scenarios had went through her mind. Ones where she hadn't made it on time. it made her blood boil to imagine what would have happened if she wasn't there to stop the man from grabbing at sans. Thanks goodness she got here on time.

Looking at the man she currently was apprehending, Undyne couldn't see a current reason why this man was had tried to attack her friends.

Well, there wasn't much information to go on by so couldnt really say for certain what happened here . Or what made this man so aggressive. But what undyne knew for certain is that whatever happened here. It didnt give the man the right to use violence.

The man in question, was still throwing insults and curses at her. It was getting pretty annoying. She wanted to punch this prick so bad but she was a cop, and she knew it would have some major repercussions not just for her but others as well.

So what did Undyne do? She sucked in a breath.

"I'm going to tell you this once and only once. Stop."

"Oh you want me to stop? Well then do as i say let me go bitch!"

Calm thoughts. Calm thoughts. Calm thoughts undyne.

She let go of the man's wrist.

The prick glared at her and rubbed his wrist. "You know. I can report you for this, assaulting a random civilian. I bet the media would really love this, seeing a monster attack a human in public. Finally providing everyone's thoughts true about monsters."

A low monotone voice stepped into the conversation. "I really doubt that, I mean... you tried assaulting me first." Sans spoke.

"Like that matters, all I gotta do is twist a few little details" the man did a 'so and so' gesture. "All it takes is one little call to the police station and it's over for you."

Sans looked a Undyne, and Undyne at Sans. It was true. there was still a lot of speculation about monsters being on the surface even though they had already been on the surface for a couple of year and proved themselves to not be threats.

There were still countless of people who believed monsters were just hiding their true nature and waiting to strike. Even though it was in their to be peaceful. Those people would be quick to jump on any piece of information that could be used to leverage their belief and use it to their advantage to make it hard for monsters to live on the surface.

"So like I said before, all this can be forgotten for a price. How about... three... no.... three hundred fifty."

"What?" Undyne was dumbfounded what was this guy talking about. At her side, sans clenched his fists.
