Sima Yi's expression was dark and despondent.

The femboy pressed his crimson-stained lips together, his dark eyes glimmering with a hint of watery sorrow. His legs, encased in thin silk stockings, were drawn together and slightly curled inward.

He turned his gaze away, looking at the winter landscape outside the carriage. The ethereal falling snow was no match for the melancholy in his heart.
