Going to the Police academy and meeting Hailey Upton.

chapter 8: Jay is attacked by Mila Cruz

Jay woke up and made breakfast for Leah and feeds Caleb, Frankie, Derek, Daphne, Melena, Jeremy, Luisa and Will milk in a baby bottle, burped them, changed their diapers and puts them in onesies and holds Will in his arms and sits on the couch, and falls asleep with his son Will on his chest.

Jay then gets dressed for the police academy and takes the babies to daycare for the day.

When he parked at the police academy, he saw Hailey ignoring him, and she's crying.

Jay shrugged it off and walked over to his best friends, Adam Ruzek, Kevin Atwater, and Antonio Dawson, and they headed inside to find Terence Olinsky, Milani Rhodes, Paul Choi, Dante Torres and Josh Parker waiting for them and they sit down.

Hailey Upton, Kim Burgess, Vanessa Rojas, Erin Lindsay, Megan Shay, Celine Conte, Mila Cruz, and Gianna Voight all sat in the back of the classroom, Hailey is reading a book and her best friends are glaring at Jay.

Adam Ruzek, Kevin Atwater, Antonio Dawson, Terence Olinsky, Milani Rhodes, Paul Choi, Dante Torres, and Josh Parker all turn around to see a lot if girls glaring at Jay.

Adam Ruzek, Kevin Atwater, Antonio Dawson, Terence Olinsky, Milani Rhodes, Paul Choi, Dante Torres, and Josh Parker stand procectively in front of Jay Halstead and they block the Girl's sight of Jay.

Kim Burgess, Vanessa Rojas, Erin Lindsay Megan Shay, Celine Conte, Mila Cruz, and Gianna Voight groaned at not being to see Jay and continue reading their own books.

Jay turned around and noticed the girls were glaring at him and rolled his eyes.

He turned back around to listen to the instructor's instructions for their next challenge and their teammates as well.

Instructor Jackie Jameson said, " The Next Challenge will be a Dodgeball challenge, and the teams will be red and blue. Team red will be Hailey Upton, Kim Burgess, Vanessa Rojas, Erin Lindsay, Megan Shay, Celine Conte, Mila Cruz, Joanna Vincent and Gianna Voight Team Blue will be Jay Halstead, Adam Ruzek, Kevin Atwater, Antonio Dawson, Terence Olinsky, Milani Rhodes, Paul Choi, Dante Torres, and Josh Parker and Christian Vincent. Class is over.
Hailey Upton, Kim Burgess, Vanessa Rojas, Erin Lindsay, Megan Shay, Celine Conte, Mila Cruz, Joanna Vincent and Gianna Voight walked of the classroom, followed by
Jay Halstead, Adam Ruzek, Kevin Atwater, Antonio Dawson, Terence Olinsky, Milani Rhodes, Paul Choi, Dante Torres, and Josh Parker and Christian Vincent and the boys expect Jay got into their car and picked up their babies from Daycare and went home.

Just as Jay was heading to his car, Kim Burgess, Vanessa Rojas, Erin Lindsay, Megan Shay, Celine Conte, Gianna Voight walked away when Mila Cruz jumped on Him and began beating him up and Mila was kicking Jay repeatedly in the middle of his stomach.

Kim said," Stop, Mila. We don't need to do this. We don't know what he's going through. What if he's getting abused?

Vanessa said," Kim is right. Don't judge him.

Erin said," Leave Jay alone. He's injured.

Megan said," Stop beating the poor guy up.

Celine said," You're going too far with this.

Gianna said," You're going to lose the chance to be a cop if you don't stop. Please listen.

Mila stopped and left Jay on the ground, got into her car, and drove home to her siblings.

Kim said," I'm going to help Jay. Go home.

Vanessa Rojas, Erin Lindsay, Megan Shay, Celine Conte, and Gianna Voight head home.

Kim helps Jay into his car, and he drives to the daycare, and Kim picks up Caleb, Frankie, Derek, Daphne, Melena, Jeremy, Luisa, and Will and loads them into the car.

Jay drove home, and Kim unloaded Caleb, Frankie, Derek, Daphne, Melena, Jeremy, Luisa, and Will from the car and Jay got out of the car and he opened the door for Kim.

They stepped inside the house, and Kim put the babies on the couch, made formula for them, burped them, changed their diapers, and put them in their cribs to sleep.

Kim then made Jay dinner, gave him medicine for the pain, and then left just as Leah came in just  Jay went to get a shower, dressed in PJ’S, brushed his teeth and Leah puts Jay to bed and then Leah heads to bed.

Leah softly said," Night, Jay. I love you, babe.

Jay softly said," Night, Leah. I love you too, babe.
