Raven's POV

I woke up and felt someone by my side, I looked over and it was Quil.

Aww, he looks so cute when he's sleeping.

I started playing with his brown curls, then I heard him say, “Didn't they tell you that it's rude to stare?” with playful banter.

I giggled and said, “Good morning.” Then he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer to him. “I woke up next to the most beautiful human, of course it has to be a good morning,” he said as I snuggled closer to him.

After a solid 45 minutes of cuddling and Quill playing with my hair, we decided to get up.

I went to the bathroom and Quill went downstairs.

I walked into the bathroom, then remembered what happened yesterday, which made me blush.

After freshening up and returning to my room, I decided to wear a light grey tank top paired with matching shorts and a light grey cardigan, along with white sneakers.

I made my way downstairs and was met by Leah, who wrapped her arms around me and spun me around before letting me go. “Hey, gorgeous,” she said. I blushed heavily and replied, “Hi.”

I was suddenly pulled onto someone's lap, so I looked over and saw that it was Jared. “Hey, sunshine,” he said, kissing my cheek, which made me giggle. “Hey,” I replied.

“Um, did you see Emily?” I asked him.

“Yeah, she's outside,” he says, then lets me go, so I go talk to Emily outside.

"Hey, Em" I say to her "Hey, V" she says back.

"Sooo I want to ask you something" I told her.

"Of course, what's up?"

"Why was Seth so..." I asked, being too shy to continue the question.

"So? what exactly?" she asks confused.

"Umm well, you know..."

"Because he shifted recently, so he went into heat, but because he's new that's why it was so intense" I heard a voice say, so I looked over and saw that it was Sam.

“well, does that happen often?” i ask.

“yes, it happens every month, every shifter has to mate with their imprint which means...”

“What?!?”

“you didn't have to drop the bomb on her like that” Emily says to Sam “let's go inside sweetie to talk” she says then we all enter the living room where the rest of the pack was.

And Seth was there too...

I was too caught up in the situation to care, at the moment.

“Anyways, I can't do that!! I haven't even done it before and you are eight! Eight! Do you realize how many that is?” i say while panicking and pacing back and forth.

“uh what are y'all talking about exactly?” Embry asks.

“They are talking about all of you going into heat and mating with her” Emily explains.

“Seriously I won't! I can't!” Raven says in a squeaky voice which the pack thought was adorable.

Literally Seth was HUGE i hope the rest aren't the same.

Seth smirked and so did the others, then Raven remembered about the mind link which made her put her hand on her mouth which caused a few to chuckle.
