As Dia was busy with her job training, Neel didn't get a chance to meet her, and he was missing her a lot. So, he called Kabir and asked if they could meet.Neel and Kabir had a regular spot where they met to chat, and it was the perfect place to discuss Neel's feelings about missing Dia.
Neel: (sighs) "Kabir, I can't believe how much I miss Dia. She's been so busy with her job training, and we hardly get a chance to meet or even talk."
Kabir: (sympathetic) "I know, buddy. It's tough when life gets in the way of spending time with someone you care about."
Neel: "Exactly. I mean, we used to spend so much time together at the animal care center, and now it feels like I hardly see her."
Kabir: "But remember, Neel, people cannot always be available when you want. In fact, her dedication to her job is one of the things that makes her so special."
Neel: (nods) "You're right, Kabir. I'm really proud of her for pursuing her dreams and career. It's just hard when I miss her so much."
Kabir: (supportive) "I get it, Neel. And I know how much you care about her. Maybe you can use this time to plan something special for when you do get to see her again. It could be a nice surprise."
Kabir was aware of Neel's frustration about not being able to meet Dia frequently due to her job training schedule. Then, he decided to come up with a plan to help Neel and Dia spend more time together.
Kabir gathered his workers and instructed them to turn off the Wi-Fi connection to Dia's home temporarily. He knew that Dia would call to report the issue since her job relied on a stable internet connection.
As expected, not long after the Wi-Fi was turned off, Dia called Kabir.
Dia: (concerned) "Hi, Kabir. I'm having trouble with my Wi-Fi connection. It suddenly went down. Can you please help me?"
Kabir: (apologetic) "I'm really sorry, Dia, but I'm currently busy with work, and I can't make it to your place right now. However, I can have someone else take a look. Would you mind if I send Neel over to help you out? He's quite skilled with this stuff."
Dia: (relieved) "Oh, Neel would help? That would be great! Thank you so much, Kabir."
Kabir: "No problem, Dia. I'll let Neel know, and he'll be there shortly to assist you. Good luck!"
After ending the call with Dia, Kabir reached out to Neel.
Kabir: (texting Neel) "Hey, Neel. Dia's Wi-Fi is down, and she needs help. Can you go to her place and fix it?"
Neel, though surprised by the request, agreed immediately. He saw it as a golden opportunity to spend some quality time with Dia.
Neel: (texting back) "Sure, Kabir. I'll head over there right away."
With a plan in motion, Neel quickly made his way to Dia's home, eager to assist with the Wi-Fi issue and, more importantly, to spend time with her.
When Neel arrived at Dia's home, she greeted him warmly, her face lighting up with relief and happiness.
Dia: "Neel! Thank you so much for coming. I don't know what happened, but the Wi-Fi just went down."
Neel: (smiling) "No problem, Dia. Let's take a look at it."
Neel examined the router, pretending to diagnose a problem. He reset it several times, all the while engaging Dia in conversation.
Neel: "How's the job training going?"
Dia: "It's intense but really rewarding. I've learned so much already."
Neel: "That's great to hear. I knew you'd do amazing."
Dia: (blushing) "Thanks, Neel. I really appreciate your support."
Neel's heart warmed at the sight of Dia's smile. He savored these moments, knowing that his time with her was limited.
After a few minutes of tinkering, Neel asked Dia where the washroom was and excused himself. Once inside, he quickly called Kabir.
Neel: (whispering) "Kabir, are you behind this Wi-Fi issue?"
Kabir: (laughing) "Enjoy, buddy! Thank me later."
Neel chuckled and thanked Kabir before instructing him to turn the Wi-Fi back on.Returning to the living room, Neel continued to chat with Dia while waiting for the connection to stabilize.
Neel: "Looks like it's back up. Should be good now."
Dia: (grateful) "Thank you so much, Neel. I don't know what I would have done without you."
Neel: "It's no trouble at all. I'm always here to help."
After a wonderful time together, Neel finally left Dia's home, feeling a mix of joy and longing. He couldn't wait to see her again and thanked Kabir silently for creating this opportunity.
Neel: (texting Kabir) "Thanks, man. You have no idea how much this meant to me."
Kabir: "Anytime, buddy. Glad it worked out."
As Neel walked home, he felt a buzz of excitement and contentment. He now had precious memories to cherish and a renewed hope for the moments yet to come.
