Y/N: "I feel like i am being watched" you thought, rubbing your chin.
???: "Does it matter?" a voice interrupted, stopping your line of thinking. "Only watching, never acting." the voice stated.
You didn't answer and just continued on your way. Maybe those words struck too close to home, but it did not matter anyway.
???: "Hey, you." someone called from behind, but you were too out of it to notice.
Hearing no response, the person behind you decided to place the palm of his hand on your elbow, snapping you out of your thoughts.
???: "Finally caught your attention, huh?" The person, now revealed to be a guy noticeably shorter than you, said while reaching for something, presumably a knife.
