As the party began to die down, the crowd thinned until only a few people remained. The atmosphere inside the house shifted, growing quieter, save for the soft, rhythmic breathing of those who had fallen asleep.

In the living room, two bodies belonging to Aiden and Oliver were sprawled across the couch, controllers in hand. They had stayed up late playing games Aiden brought with him, but exhaustion eventually won, pulling them into sleep.

Upstairs, the girls had already left—each having something to do early in the morning—leaving you alone in your room. Exhaustion weighed heavy on you too, and before long, sleep claimed you as well.

The house's silence remained for a quite a bit.

.

..

...

But eventually A sound broke through the veil of silence.

It was faint but persistent, echoing through the house. Oliver's eyes Where the first that flickered open as the sound cut through the silence. He groggily glanced at the clock on the wall—it was far too late for visitors.

Knock. Knock.

Confused, Oliver stumbled toward the door, rubbing his eyes. When he opened it, he found no one. Puzzled, he stepped outside, looking around, but the street was empty. As he was about to return inside, a heavy hand clamped down on his shoulder.

Oliver spun around, his heart pounding in his chest.

Oliver: "Dan?!"

His eyes widened in shock as he saw Dan standing there, an ominous aura coming from him. Dan's appearance was now more menacing, his muscles bulging, and his eyes gleaming with a sinister light.

Dan: "Hello, Oliver."

Oliver barely had time to react before Dan's hand shot forward, gripping him by the mouth with a swift, brutal motion and effortlessly throwing him across the room. Oliver crashed into a table, knocking over chairs, the sound jolting Aiden awake who scrambled to his feet.

Aiden: "What the hell is going on?"

His gaze darted to Oliver's crumpled form, and then to the looming figure of Dan.

Aiden: "Who the fuck are you?" not waiting for an answer, he squared his shoulders and raised his fists. "You better back off, man, or I'll rock your shit."

But Dan was unfazed. He stood there, a mocking smile curling his lips, his body radiating an overwhelming sense of power.

Dan: "I am not here for you, i will spare you if you just leave."

Aiden rushed forward, throwing a punch aimed at Dan's face. With almost no effort, Dan caught the punch mid-air, gripping Aiden's hand with a crushing force that made bones creak.

Dan advanced on Aiden with frightening speed he's fists connecting with his chest, sending him sprawling to the floor. Aiden gasped in pain, but before he could react, Dan picked his body up from the ground, swinging him hard against the wall, his body leaving a dent as he slumped to the floor, winded and dazed.

Aiden: "Ack!"

He released an involuntary grunt of pain due to the beating he received as he laid down on the floor but this didn't last long as his hair got pulled lifting his head in the process being face to face with his assailant.
