~week later~
Javonte court date had got pushed back cause the jury claim they needed more time to investigate and get evidence. Which is some straight bullshit, what other evidence can they find? He haven't been dealing with the gang forreal every since I had Paris. I pray today, that Tasha bring her ass in the court since she want custody of her baby. She should be happy Javontae letting her keep Alaina all the time. All her ass want is money that's the only reason she trying to get custody. Her gold digging ass, I swear I can't stand that bitch. I was getting ready. I didn't dress up to fancy, I wore a colorful floral dress that was mid-thigh with my black flat sandals. I flat iron my hair bone straight with a middle part. I added a lil jewelry to bring out my dress better. After I was done getting dress I went to help Kanden pick some out. I walked into his room and he had outfits everywhere.
"What you want to wear boy, we don't have all day?" I ask with a curious look
"Some to go with my forces" he said picking up his pure white forces
I nodded my head at him. I went over to his closet where his clothes were somewhat hung neatly. I found a red plaid shirt and his blue Levi pants. I put the outfit together to see if it look right. It was just right. I ironed Kanden shirt as he was putting on his pants and shoes. When I was done ironing, I handed Kanden the shirt to put on. He put the shirt on then he went downstairs to watch tv while I got Paris together. I put her on a white short sleeve shirt that's said "Daddy Little Spoil Princess" in pink words and a gold crown was over the "P". I put her on blue jean shorts with her pink sandals. I put a pink bow around her head. I fixed her baby bag as she laid on the diaper changer dresser, trying to take her shoes off. I put 3 diapers in her bag with 2 bottles and a small toy. Then I packed a change outfit in case of emergency. I grabbed the bag and picked her up. Then I went downstairs to see Kanden watching curious George.
"You ready to go Kanden?" I asked grabbing my keys off the kitchen table.
He nodded his head. We left out the house. I made sure I locked the house up good before leaving. I unlock the car and Kanden got in. I buckle Paris up in her car seat good then I went to help Kanden cause he was struggling with fastening his seatbelt. When I was done buckling the kids up I got into the car and headed to the court. I arrived at the court in like 15 minutes. When I got there I parked the car and got the kids out. I was holding Paris in my arms on one side while Kanden was holding my hand on the other side. When I got inside everyone was sitting down waiting. I walked up to them, it wasn't nobody special just close friends. It was only Momma J, Nicole, Tyrone, and some other boys that was in the gang with Vonte. I gave everyone a hug.
"You okay hunny?" Momma J asked, taking Paris out my arms
"I'm fine, just a little worried and scared"
"We been through this before baby, it's gone be okay" Momma J said with sincere eyes
"Thanks Momma J" I said giving her a hug

A few minutes later it was time to go inside the court room. I walked inside with Momma J, who was still holding Paris and Nicole. I sat between Nicole and Momma J. Kanden was sitting between Tyrone and Nicole and Carmen was sitting between Nicole and Tyrone as well. We waited patiently for the jury to start.
